I'm happy that I can get a burger in the morning but don't order a chicken sandwich in the morning. Mine was so hard and dry I couldn't chew it.

I usually only use the drive thrown, and the staff here is always solid, and nice food is good, and I can go at any time. Way faster than the local Whataburger.

3 mornings in a row, I have come here just to be told that they can only take Uber or DoorDash orders. Seems fishy. Maybe someone doesn’t know. Thought I’d let you know.

The white lady who is suppose to be the manager was rude,heard her talking to 1 of her workers the black girl that was really realy nice and was rude to her so she walked out I don't blame her...the guy in the drive thru was rude ,but the black girl was very nice and made sure everyone was taken care of...I hope the black girl find her something better because she definitely didn't deserve that...it's a shame that people suppose to work as a team but doesn't want the help..smh ,I won't be going back there ever...and the manager white lady told me that if my tacos where cold then so be it...what a poor service!!

Ordered from ubereats. The uber part was great. The service with the "restaurant" was not. Ordered 2 tacos no lettuce, and 2 tacos with light lettuce. How hard is it to read? All 4 had light lettuce, none had zero lettuce. Uber didn't mess up the order, this place did. Don't go here if you want your order right.

We love to come to this location, and have never had any issues. However, we came on 12/9 at about 7:30pm and dealt with the rudest young man. Literally did not say a word and proceeded to have an attitude when he got our order wrong. Kindness goes such a long way and we may have not gotten so frustrated if the young man had a better attitude. Another tall young man came and brought us the piece of our order that was missing and already had a better attitude than the last guy did. All I can say is we were super disappointed in the customer service of this particular worker.

My husband went through the drive thru and ordered some tacos and a burger, he wanted to add more tacos and asked the guy at the window named Denver. He rudely snapped at my husband telling him he couldn't do that, when my husband went to ask him another question, he interrupted saying the same thing, calling him "buddy". He even went as far as slamming the window shut in his face not once but twice. When we got our food and we got home, our tacos were SO overloaded with sauce that it was soggy and even soaked through the wrapper, basically inedible, in the photo of the receipt, you can see where the taco sauce had bled through and got on it. His burger was also soggy and super cold, it also looked as if it had been SAT on. It was SMUSHED. My husband called this store to file a complaint with the manager, whom answered. She told him that she was going to help him by handing the phone to Denver because she wasn't going to sit there and be cussed at and bullied by anyone, which he hadn't cussed at her nor was he being rude to her, he was simply filing a complaint. When he spoke to Denver about the food, Denver said he didn't give us bad food, that we were LYING about our food being soggy. He was utterly rude and even hung up on my husband. When my husband called back, Denver had answered again and my husband asked why he had hung up on him and he said that he wasn't going to sit here and listen to lies.Idk about y'all but you shouldn't be a manager if you're gonna sit there and accuse an upset customer of bullying you and then hand the phone to someone who isn't a manager. Also, dunno why you're in customer service or food industry if you are going to be rude and out right call customers, PAYING CUSTOMERS, liars when they tell you that YOU MESSED UP THEIR FOOD!it's alright though, I'll be finding the district manager and complaining in the morning, I've also already gone to corporate. :)
