The first tax preparer didn't file my return correctly. Stella corrected this for me and was very helpful after the very subpar experience with the other preparer.

Jackson Hewitt really knows their stuff when it comes 2 taxes. I have been using J.H for tax returns 4 the last 10 years. They're easy 2 locate, make appointments & professional. C ya next year!!!

Tax returns were completed while I waited. All questions I had were answered. The tax consultant 'Stella' was very professional and thorough. I would definitely recommend.

Just came from an appointment with Ms. Stella at Jackson Hewitt. I've been doing my own taxes for years and decided to get some expert help this year. Ms. Stella was so nice to work with. She was friendly and welcoming, made me feel so comfortable. So happy I chose Jackson Hewitt. I will definitely be using their office in the future.

This experience was horrible. I can tell the agent was new or didn’t know what she was doing. She gave me a lot of misinformation. I was told I was getting a refund. When I logged into the site to get information that she was unable to answer like what is the standard deduction. It showed I owed money. I was never told I owed. I was never given information on how and where to pay etc… this was a horrible experience. Jackson Hewitt needs to make sure their agents are trained and approved before being left in a building alone to assist clients and provide misinformation and mess up their finances. I will be returning for a refund and get my taxes done somewhere else.

I’ve used Jackson Hewitt all through college and now into my adult years. They have always been amazing. They know their stuff, work to get you the biggest tax return, and get you in and out under an hour.

Been with Jackson Hewitt for years and I don't trust anyone else to do the taxes in my householdStella is the best.she sit you down explain things she polite kind understanding very hard worker she will get your taxes done she very highly recommended people get in line for her she worth it she the best if you want your taxes done ✔ ? ? go she her once you go to her you don't want anyone else doing your taxes she very good at her job very professional she not rude she very funny she have you rolling smiling if you had bad experiences in the past with someone else don't give up on Jackson Hewitt just go see Stella she your lady she number one in taxes she not unprofessional I guarantee you this
