Mrs. Heidi here was a very nice lady, she did a great job she knew what she was doing. it was one of those things where you felt comfortable all the people there was nice and it was a great building all around. I'll deffinetly recommend customers here in the future.

Worst service this year I've ever had with Jackson usually they're knowledgeable and helpful this year and last year total robbed me 2021 they never finished filing on my taxes some how it's been in processing for a solid year now and I was depending on the money to get a roof over mine and my family heads instead it's been nothing but heart ache which caused me and my wife to split and her tk move to her parents in San Antonio now I went this year to file on taxes for last and this years and the cpa rushed thru and got me the lowest possible refund I ever have received in my life of filing hurts big time when u are at the end of your rope with life and have lost literally everything worth continuing now I just got robbed I feel again ..It hurts
