This is the store I regularly go to; usually it has excellent customer service. Today though I was helped by Lana whose customer service is really poor quality. I went in to pickup the chain I had repaired & the charm bracelet with a new charm put on it. I was having trouble putting on the cross on the repaired chain. She asked if I needed help, I said yes and then asked her to switch the cross around (so it faced the other way) she didn’t respond or do as I requested. I had to do it myself and then went and gossiped to a co-worker about me. This is extremely poor customer service and she needs to be retrained. She gives James Avery a very bad look.

Greeted me soon as I walked in, wasn’t too busy so I was helped right away. Was able to purchase two charms and received my free charm bracelet. I love it!

McKenzie was so insanely helpful today. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted. She let me walk around the store looking at every case picking out rings I wanted to try on. She wrote down all the ones I looked at and pulled them all for me with a smile on her face. She was so sweet, I didn’t feel rushed or like I was bothering her because she pulled like five or six rings for me but she totally didn’t mind.

My son and I went in to try on a few bracelets and were immediately greeted by Giovanna. There were a couple of customers in store at the time but the staff managed to give us all the appropriate time and attention we required. We definitely left happy customers. Giovanna was very attentive, informative, and personable.

So we visited the Fort worth location yesterday around 4 pm and nobody was in the store. I noticed 3 workers standing in a circle chatting. We were there for 30 min. Not one person said Hi or can we help you find anything. Nothing. I did need help but i will definitely not come to this location again because i gues they don't want to sale anything. Customer service is definitely not at this location. Shame on you James Acery no Customer service. So sad.

Took a day and a half to clean my ring. That's ridiculous. When it's a machine it can be done in 10 minutes

I’m very upset with my experience here. I came in wanting to purchase an anklet and the person assisting me had no type of customer service whatsoever. I understand we all have bad days but if you don’t like working retail you shouldn’t work it.
