Terrible customer service. We received graveside flowers at home on a Sunday. The funeral is not till Saturday, a week away. We asked the delivery person if there was anything she could do. She said she would call her boss and let us know. A few minutes later, she drove away without any response. The flowers are turning, looking bad and now useless.

Loanne C. , Fort Worth I used them for the first time and sent Sympathy flowers. Our friend loved it and wants to use them herself next time she needs a florist. The website is simple and organized. The negative reviews I read are pretty old. perhaps this is under new management.

Went in and saw a woman in the back working on an arrangement. We made eye contact and I waved. I waited for her to finish what she was doing to be polite. After 10 minutes I decided to leave. Upon leaving, two gentlemen were coming in and said that she doesn't speak any English. OK, that's fair. What's not fair is literally ignoring my existence for 10 minutes.

After getting this arrangement from my Fiancé for our 8 year anniversary, I so disappointed. I did some research on this business. Not sure why they are still in business. This was ordered through a 3rd party website, and would not have been ordered had the owners used their own pictures for advertisement. Their Facebook is misleading because they use photos that are clearly not their work... or quality. This arrangement cost over $100, not one of these flowers were fresh. My fiancé has it tough, because I'm in the floral industry. A) July is the cheapest month for florals, summers are super slow. You had plenty of time to create something decent, that doesn't looks like it was just thrown together in a rush. B) cost of florals in the market are cheapest during the summer, the cost of all these flowers put together are less than $15... you're cheating people out of your markup. Your quality, work, lack of respect for peoples trust in your business, and peoples hard earned money to celebrate a special moment, event, death... your taking that moment away! Flowers are a luxury people are willing to pay good money for, not for this!

When I arrived, I was greeted by everyone on the staff. I was asked what I wanted, and how I wanted it. The rose I received was beautiful, and the person that received it from me was thrilled. I asked if they minded if I took pictures for them, and they let me. It took me entirely too long to get them edited and posted, but I finally did so today. I do apologize for the delay. Overall, I was pleased with the customer service, quality of the flowers, and felt welcomed. I would highly recommend this store to anyone that needs floral arrangements.

Recently purchased flowers for my significant other while I was deployed over sea’s. My partner reached out too me and said she didn’t receive any flowers and I contacted them and no response. Flowers got to her around 3:40 pm. Flowers turned out pretty well. The reason I’m giving this company 2 stars is how the note was written and the lengthy time it took to deliver the flowers. The note looked like it was written by a child and rushed. The ink it self was smeared as I assume they didn’t want to let it dry and stuffed it in the card holder. It’s about attention to detail quality over quantity. I paid over 100$ for these flowers and yes flowers looked great but honestly it’s the little things that matter especially when it comes from the heart. Do better next time or you’ll lose loyal customers like me.

I’m a florist in Terrell. Sent an order from my customer full wanted something delivered in their area. Ordered 2 weeks before delivery date because customer wanted specific flowers. On day of delivery, they send me message at 3:15 saying flowers never came in and they wanted to cancel the order. All I had to do was call my customer and he would have adusted his order so his girl would still get flowers on Valentine’s Day. I tried calling the shop and no one answered. Next day I called and no one answered. Sent them message saying customer still wants something delivered. They send me back email confirming delivery. I check around and find out delivery was still not made. So still waiting to actually talk to a live person. Left messages for two days. Horrible customer service! Thank God they didn’t deliver. I can only imagine what her flowers would have looked like.

They have absolutely no customer service skills at all. The rudest people I have ever encountered in my life. Someone ordered me flowers through this company and the company brought me nothing like what was ordered. When it was brought to their attention by the person that paid for these flowers, the florist called me yelling saying they would be picking them up from me. No refund, no replacement, but demanding I put my flowers outside for them to pick up. When the third party company advised their was an issue the lady then calls and says she realized there was a mistake and she was correcting it at that very moment and would have it fixed by 4:30, it was not corrected...I stayed at work an extra 30 minutes to see if they would ever come by and they did not. This woman is EXTREMELY rude and has a horrible attitude.

Very disappointed in flowers that were ordered from out of state. Paid $70 for the bouquet on the website, but received this bouquet instead. Vase is red while the flowers are pink and the filler is dying. Have called the number for the shop and keep being hung up on. Ridiculous.

DON'T USE JASMINE GARDENS 2!! Horrible product and even worse customer service! I would give them zero stars if that was an option. The funeral spray for my MIL'S casket was dropped before it got to the funeral home. It was also so late (by more than 24 hours) that it almost missed the service and we would have been left with nothing. It was so bad the funeral home didn't want to use it. We had to order flowers from another store. Jasmine refused to refund any of the $350 we spent. The owner was belligerent with my husband and told him to deal with it.
