I wanted to give a shout out to one of your great employees who was very sweet and kind to me. I was there on Friday 4-4-25 Dee was very helpful and very knowledgeable about her job. I normally don't shop at JCPenney but great employees like Dee will keep me returning. Thank You Dee for your kindness! Keep up the great job!

I was in JcP and I just have to say that the Supervisor/MoD D and the cashier Gilbert are amazing. Kind, professional, and adaptable when a sudden rush happened and a rude customer who tried to cut the line. Great job and great team at this location!
Note that lady working in mens yesterday (3/14) afternoon was also very sweet but I've forgotten her name.

If I could give negative stars I would. WORST interaction with a retail "manager" I have ever encountered. Alicia, supposedly the only manager on duty, argued with me over their holiday return policy and refused to refund my purchase. I had the original receipt, purchase was made on 10-27-24; therefore I had until 1-15-24 to return. No wonder they are on the verge of going out of business. You should train your managers properly. I will NEVER shop at JCPenney again.

I normally avoid Big stores, as they tend to be rather....limited in 'clothes with attitude'. Was very shocked as i went in for a basic vest for a wedding and ended up with a very fun and dashing dinner /casual jacket in a beautiful jewel tone blue embroidered motif!
Awesome shoutout to the cashier Ramya had, she handled some rather less that friendly customers before me without breaking in her composure and really friendly attitude.

This JC Penney store is in an old mall. It feels very out of date and needs a good renovation. They do have a large and good selection of clothing from different brands. Prices are also good.
