The workers are friendly and knowledgeable for the most part, I was told 10w40 oil doesn’t exist in America and must be a Japanese thing and felt like I was a goober until I went to an auto parts store later to confirm. One of the workers talked to me extensively about sour candy which helped pass the time and gave me something neat to talk about later. Would absolutely go back

I’ve used this location many of times, this last service wasn’t up to par. They forgot to top off antifreeze after I told the tech I had changed the thermostat and knew the reservoir was low, after I confronted the issue and they were refilling, I noticed the windshield wiper reservoir wasn’t topped off, so what other inspection points were missed.

Don’t show up at 5:30. They’ll throw a fit and make a lot of body gestures of how unhappy you just made them feel. Probably because they’ll have to get there hands dirty again.
Can’t trust a tech to do the job properly if they’re thinking about how they can short cut the process so they can get you out sooner. After all you probably don’t really need 5 qts of oil.
I’ll take my business to Take 5. Their techs hands are always dirty from working all day till 8pm.

No reason labor only on an oil change should be almost $70. Lower your prices.

I got my oil changed yesterday and less than an hour later my engine started knocking. When I lifted the hood, there was a oil puddled around my sparkplugs from carelessness. My car is not driveable. All the manager would say is that it happens sometimes and he didn't know what to do. No one can get a hold of his boss, Chris. Now, 2 days before Christmas, I no longer have a car. Stay away from this place

The technician charged me 26 dollars to do the inspection, he sent me to run the car 100 to 200 miles, due to 2 sensors that the machine did not want to read and the inspection did not go through the pens that he sold to me for 80 dollars when they are worth 20 $

I drive up, guy comes up to my car & ask if i can come back tomorrow, had one car ahead of me & 40mins to spare. 10mins later, Than i pull into bay- Rude before, I even got out of car, very disrespectful, when i asked if they want me to shut car off. Laugh, made sly comments, etc, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
Customer service, horrible, ladies do NOT go there. I can NOT stand for guys to be disrespectful to women.
Poor service, tried charging $98 dollars for oil change. I've NEVER in my life paid that much. High mileage is bit more but NEVER that much.
Not only did they DISRESPECT Me with there rude comments, laughs, they tired to charge me $98. I'm woman BUT NOT STUPID!!!!
Women, you have been FAIR WARNED....Word of mouth is the BEST advertisement, ill do just that too!!!!
NEVER WILL RETURN NOR ANYONE, I KNOW OR COME ACROSS, ESPECIALLY THE LADIES!!!
