I have come to this location since I first moved to this area. They always gave good service and never had an issue. Today 3/23/25 however, I had the worst experience when in car service. A simple oil change turned into a nightmare. After they serviced my car and I left. It turns out they lost multiple screws and left them out without saying anything and after realizing parts of my car were hanging off. I had to zip tie them and had to go back 3 times, I felt ignored while i was trying to talk to.the kid while he was walking away while i was still taking to him, didn't take my problem THEY created seriously. Their negligence led to my car nearly falling apart in the middle of the road and they didn't care about my safety or my family's safety when they were in the car with me. No one's safety should should be taken this lightly nor treated this badly. At the end I didn't get me issue resolved, paid full prince for a floopy work and and issue i have to try to fix myself.
they should hold their workers accountable for their negligence. And at least give an apology, and make us feel we are in wrong here.

BAD BUAINESS How does your state inspector leave early before closing?
I went two days in a row.The second day I even called to ask if he was there and told them I was coming by the time I got there ten minutes later, he was gone.

The service was fine however the price was completely outrageous. $99 to change the oil in a simple 5 quart sedan is ridiculous. I will never return to your place again.

I was treated poorly by the staff at this location.
I was told I was next in line and asked to pull up to the door.
After the car in the bay left I was told to move and someone else was next. It seemed some employees friend got bumped in front of me. The worst part was they were rude about it and it seemed to me he wanted to get physical. I took my business elsewhere.

Wife took her car here and had a coupon for an synthetic oil change .
The representative of jiffy lube told her that we did not read the fine print and not all jiffy lubes take coupons.
Buyers beware that the prices online are not the prices that are actually at every store.
We paid a astronomically high price for a 4 cylinder cars oil change.
And very lastly the representative that helped my wife was very derogatory to her and myself while we were trying to figure out why they would not take the coupon and the oil change was astronomically high.

The inspection tech seemed upset that I would not purchase windshield wipes, which initially failed my inspection but also stated that my windshield tint wasn’t acceptable, even though I had a doctors note in the glove compartment. He didn’t ask before including it in the inspection result. His poor communication and rude behavior made this a horrible visit. Went to BMW later that day, got the wipers and passed the inspection. They asked if I had a note.

I am extremely upset with the service that I received from this company I paid full price for service and get the invoice and read the list of what was supposed to be done and find out after getting home NOTHING was done besides changing oil , no fluids topped off I really will be calling corporate tomorrow

Everything went great for a vehicle inspection and the staff were respectful. But... The complimentary windshield cleaning they could have skipped because it was sloppy and made my windshield dirtier with dried white soap on it from cleanser and not wiping afterwards it's like they sprayed the windshield and turned on the wipers! Had to go to carwash. SMH

the most shady place ive ever been too, one of their employees who worked there ended up messing up my drain plug screw when doing my oil the first time. i came back to them not knowing its messed up and they tried to claim i never went to them before because they had employees doing under the table work and got over on me as a new driver. but the manager ended up putting a oversized plug in place of it and cracked the pan. didnt notice the leak until one day after when i went to my car and there was a huge puddle of oil and i brought it back. now the manager wants to claim that he never broke it and then tried to make me pay him for labor on a mistake that HE made and then when i told him whatever just drive my car out so that i can take it he DIDNT do that instead he put some calk on it WITHOUT asking me and told me he did it after just on the crack. so i said okay whatever im still gonna take it to a mechanic shop so they can look at it , turns out he put the calk over the plug to try and hid the mistake he made, and made it a EVEN bigger mess, they refuse to acknowledge their mistake thats fine, i have proof and recordings im gonna call corporate & see what i can do legal wise

My second time at this location and both times workers were just standing/walking around with one car in the bay. Five workers but only one who does State Inspections. The guy initially told us to park and someone would be right with us. We waited 10 minutes and asked him how much longer and he said 30 to 40 minutes. Unacceptable not to have someone available and have customers waiting around.

I didn’t know draining the transmission fluid and over filling the oil happens all the time!
