I normally do my own mechanical work, but I decided to come here for an oil change, because I was busy with work. Not only was it ridiculously overpriced, but the mechanic didn't even screw in the oil drain plug all the way. My car was leaking oil afterwards, so I lifted the car to see what was wrong, and I tightened the oil drain plug 5 whole turns myself!!! What mechanics are yall hiring that can't even tighten an oil drain plug??? If y'all can't do this small thing right, Lord have mercy for actual mechanical work

Took our work truck for fuel filter change. Other location didn’t have technician available to change it (not difficult to do). The staff at this location is 100% on point. Super impressed with these guys. In and out in 20 min.
