This was the worst possible experience I've had at this location. They decided that they were no longer going to give a military discount. They didn't do the work required to do a complete oil change And I don't believe they actually changed my oil. They didn't check my filters. They didn't check my wiper blades. They didn't check my fluids. They didn't vacuum my car so I don't believe they did anything else. I pointed it out to the manager he said. Well, maybe it was overlooked while I said how could it be overlooked if you guys have checked off everything you did on this vehicle you didn't do anything. You didn't even check the air in my tires. My low pressure tail light was on when I left so I don't believe they actually did anything. I took pictures of my wiper blade that was actually hanging off the back of my car and I was going to have them replace it but they didn't say anything to me about it and when I went in the inside of my car wasn't vacuumed. It's dirt everywhere from earlier in the day. I went online to their site and spoke to someone to have the manager call me back. He never responded back. I filed a complaint 2 weeks went by. No one ever has ever responded. I want to see the video of them changing the oil of my car because they couldn't possibly have checked it because this vehicle has to be driven before it can give you an actual reading. They never did that of course. And the oil doesn't look like it's been changed so I'm just assuming they didn't do that either. I can't say 100%, that they didn't change my oil but I can say they they definitely charged me $20 more to do the oil change even though they did nothing. I would like to get this place a rating of negative five instead of one star but one star seems to be the only rating you can give. Keep in mind I've had my oil changed there several times and received a great experience. This was definitely not one and I don't believe they changed my oil until I see the video. Then I will believe it

took my car in for a oil change and state inspection which it passed. a week later my engine is knocking. I took it to the dealership my engine oil was dark and had metal shavings. jiffy lube never took responsibility of it.

All the staff at the summercreek location are amazing I needed a oil pressure switch which was all day thing these guys got it done within hours now my engine light off and I’m happy customer I wanna thank god for putting me and Adrian in the same place at the right time thank you brother and thank all the staff it’s a wonderful place.

Lousy customer service. I went in to get a state inspection and was told there was only one car in front of me. I waited for over 40 minutes and still hadn't been taken care of. There seemed to be no sense of urgency with the employees doing inspections. They even took another car before me. I cut my losses and left, never to return. I would not recommend this place.

Went in for a tire rotation and oil change, said they couldn’t do the tire rotation cause of a cross threaded lug and needed to be replaced. Went to local shop to fix the lug, no damage, lug and bolt were just fine.

Jiffy Lube has excellent customer service, both from the manager and the employees! They explain everything well about the car needs, check the vehicle, tell me if they need to do anything that the vehicle needs and the cost. I am very satisfied and happy with Jiffy Lube.

My wife went in there for a state inspection and the gentleman who attended her completely and utterly rude to her for no reason. I would not recommend this location at all.

10/10 best customer service ever!!(: Very detailed in the diagnostics of your car and technicians explain/give you the run down of your vehicle in a way that everyone can understand.

I went in to attempt to get a state inspection done. The weird part is that there was no one attending the front desk and no one at the lobby. This site is probably more that one star, but to me it was max at one star. I waited for 5 minutes and no one came to attend to us (me and other customers). Hopefully other people have better experiences.
