The staff provided great customer service, and they all were very professional. Considering the level of work to complete they were very prompt. The service was better than going to my dealership. I appreciate the wifi and free bottled water, but it would have been great to have something warm to drink.

So kind and beyond helpful I normally go to the Jiffy Lube closer to my house and they are awesome there but this one was on my way home from work so I just stopped in and they had an incredible team too definitely recommend go here. I just went in for an oil change but they checked out my whole car to make sure everything looked good and then gave me affordable options to fix some other things which I really appreciated

AVOID AT ALL COST!! Manager admitted to their workers not doing proper clean up after changing my oil and air filter, getting oil all over my starter and breaking it. Owner refused to make it right and help with the replacement of the starter that was ruined. All the manager offered me was an apology and let me know that her owner told her they would not fix it or make it right! Horrible business.

I've never had problems with my truck. Now I'm stuck 25 mi from a store over 2 quarts low on oil. Barely touching a dipstick and you guys just changed my oil. I'm too old and crippled to crawl underneath and see what's going on so I've got to wait for help.
And I happen to be in an area with no cell signal for communication. Thanks a lot cuz I know it's not my truck cuz I've never had problems with it. It has to be something to do with your service techs

I've been using this location for a year now and have spent $1,100 over 10 services. The last 2 time that they've rotated my tires they have left a lug nut (that happens to be a locking lug nut...both times) loose that has vibrated off. The first time, no big deal, mistakes happen right. While I did not mention the first time to the manager I did ask the tech to please be sure that all lug nuts are tight because last time they left one loose. Well they left one loose again. I did not go to, nor call, the manager immediately because I thought "if they'll rotate my tires for free this time we'll be square and I'll keep doing business with them. Well this morning when I went to talk to the manager she said that she would not give me a free rotation because it's not their fault. I did not respond well to that and said "Don't give me some Bull**** excuse". I shouldn't have said that. The manager said that I didn't need to speak like that, which she was right. Then told me to pay for my oil change and leave.
While she was correct I should not have used that word, she still avoided responsibility for leaving a lug nut loose on two separate occasions. If the manager would have given me the $35 tire rotation for free I would have continued to do business with Jiff Lube, but since she would not even acknowledge that her team made a mistake I will take me business elsewhere.
