I used your location to not have to go to the Audi dealer for an oil change and state inspection. After all was completed, in left with the inspection notification still alerting me.I called and was told that I could go to the dealership to reset that notice. I asked why they couldn’t do it and the person on the line said that they don’t want to pay the money for the device that resets the notice. Why I was not told this in the first place is your first problem.Glad I know now; I’ll go back to where I had my services done before using Jiffy Lube.

Great people and super service here, I'll definitely be back! They helped me during what I thought was an emergency. BJ was very nice and explained any concerns I had and even offered me a great deal while I was there. The guys even cleaned my windows and checked my wipers. Thanks for being great!!!

I had been out running errands for a few hours and my car started acting strange and the check engine light came on. I was able to make it to Jiffy Lube - where I typically go for oil changes. They discovered that it was extremely low on oil. (My car typically burns oil b/c of the engine size.) they checked it thoroughly for oil leaks (none found) and topped it off for me. They explained to me that there is a recall on the engine and to contact the dealer.I truly appreciate how quickly and thorough they were and took the time to explain the recall and what I should do next.I highly recommend the Northlake location!

I took my truck in for an oil change at Jiffy Lube at 3432 Highway 114 in Ft Worth. After the work was completed, I realized that the driver side power window switch bezel was damaged. I did not see it until I was already a few miles down the road, so I decided to go back the next day to discuss with one of the shop members. He told me that he would check the cameras, but he concluded that the footage did not provide a good angle and admitted that it was too blurry to find any conclusive evidence. I was not shown any of this footage. After elevating this issue to Chris Newman, he stated that simply because it was a high use area he would not cover the damage. He then said that since the area was dirty, he thought that it was already damaged. How can dirt indicate that something was already damaged?? This truck is 8 years old with over 120,000 miles on it. I have since followed up with Chris numerous times, but he refuses to respond or give me a phone call. I have listed his email response below. Don’t use this company, they will not take care of you if they damage your vehicle!“I appreciate your patience as I’ve been out of the office and have now returned. Base on the photos you have sent me, and the fact that a door handle is a plastic wear and tear, high use item, I will be denying the claim for a replacement handle. The photo looks to have some kind of dirt on the hand rest area, the side leather panel near the carbon fiber, and also in the area of damage, which leads me to believe that area has been broken for a long enough period of time to accumulate dirt.” - Chris

They didn’t reset the odometer for next oil change. And also didn’t put windshield wiper fluid. Had to turn around because my notification came on right after I left. People were nice thoughService: Air & cabin filter replacement

The techs stripped my oil pan bolt first then replaced it but messed up the threads in the oil pan.Next maintenance I go to get it done and they said the oil pan needs to get replaced due to the threads being bad! Well no duh! Y'all did that last time.Truck kept leaking oil right away and their goes my new oil change! They denied even tho I had proof and the manager said he couldn’t do nothing about it! Well no more business for you! I had to pay $1000 to another shop to replaced the pan along other parts!

I was excited to see a jiffy lube off of 114 near the raceway, but my excitement soon disappeared once I was told it was going to be a 45-minute wait. I have been using their services in other states, and by the time I get a free bottle of water (this place has an empty fridge) they were calling my name to check out. Why are they doing other services that they suck at other than just doing oil changes. Jiffy Lube at this location is not what they are famous for, you know Jiffy/fast lube/oil. Best thing to do is shudder this place up before the rest of their locations get a bad name.

I had gone in with a nail in my tire. I told the attendant I needed it repaired. While I was there, I figured I would get an oil change. $400 later, after a hard sell on coolant and other things unnecessary at the time, they finally told me they didn't have the patch for my tire. THAT WAS THE WHOLE REASON I HAD COME IN! They then told me I could go 7 miles away (with a tire that is getting lower by the minute) to Discount Tires and they would fix it for free. What?!?

I went to this jiffy Lube branch for the regular state inspection. Driving home after the inspection, I noticed the hood was vibrating. There was no alarm on the dashboard. When I got home and saw the hood was not completely closed. It's a good thing I was not driving really fast or the hood could have come off and hit the windshield and cause major accident. I gave this Jiffy Lube a chance despite so many negative reviews but now I personally experienced it, I have no choice but to give 1 star .

Took Jeep wrangler for oil change and was quoted $120 for synthetic oil change. Told them to cancel the oil change. Went to Kwik Kar in Roanoke and paid $80 for synthetic oil change. See picture from Kwik Kar. Listen to all the reviews they are correct, these guys are crooks! Should get zero stars

I went for an inspection and declined the offered air filter, brake fluid and transmission oil change. They came back and I was told that the windshield wipers needed to replaced to pass the inspection. To be fair I was neither aware of their condition nor of the necessarity. I was offered two options for $30 or $40 - went for the $30 option only to find out once the bill was presented that it was per wiper so the price doubled. Glad I didn’t take any of the other offers, who knows what they would have come up with.2 stars because it was quick and friendly but a very questionable service in total

Get most of my oil changes here. I would recommend arriving early if getting work on Saturdays, they are busy busy. Prices are competitive, workers are pleasant and hard working.Service: Oil change

I recently had the most disappointing experience at Jiffy Lube. As someone who knows nothing about cars, I trust mechanics to give honest recommendations and perform the necessary services. Unfortunately, my visit to this shop left me feeling utterly taken advantage of and frustrated.I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation, but that's where things took a turn for the worse. The mechanic at Jiffy Lube approached me and strongly recommended a transmission exchange and brake fluid exchange on top of my initial services. Being the trusting customer I am, I agreed since they showed me what appeared to be a reasonable quote. I even mentioned that I had coupons for both services, which should have been a straightforward process. However, my trust was shattered when I picked up my car after the supposed transmission exchange. To my dismay, I discovered that instead of performing the transmission exchange they initially recommended, they went for a drain and fill. Now, I admit I'm not a car expert, so I had to google the differences between an exchange and a drain and fill. The exchange replaces much more of the fluid and is designed to remove more contaminants and debris from the transmission system than the drain and fill. When I confronted them about this switch, their explanation was baffling. They claimed that it's practically the same thing. When I asked why did they quote me for an exchange in the first place if they were the same thing, the explanation was even worse. They claimed that they couldn't proceed with the exchange because they had not "inspected" my car, so they didn't know if my car would require a drain and fill rather than an exchange. Funny enough, they were the ones who suggested the exchange in the first place, not a drain and fill. This left me with two equally frustrating conclusions: either they have no idea what they're doing and misdiagnosed my car's condition, or they knowingly switched the service to a drain and fill to save a few bucks, at my expense. It's infuriating to think that a business would disregard a customer's trust and hard-earned money in such a manner. Either they lack the competence to perform proper inspections or they intentionally chose a cheaper service to preserve their profit margins. In either case, it's a blatant display of unprofessionalism and disrespect.0/10 would strongly not recommend to a friend.Services: Transmission
