Why open a business and refuse to staff it? Take the “sorry, we’re understaffed” sign off your door and pay your employees. Only one person manning the restaurant when I went in.Patronize a better location!

They have their sign up for the new kickin Cajan chicken and told me they aren’t serving it till next week. Also told me there isn’t any more Dijon mustard even though I see it on the self!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Went in at 1:09 today. Ordered one sub. There were 4 customers sitting in booths waiting on their orders. There were 4 employees working. I've never waited more than 10 minutes at a Jimmy John's , so after 15 minutes of sitting, I started to get impatient. I see a couple who has come in after me get served their food. At 1:30, the woman running the register looks at me and says "did you have veggie? I'm about to get started on it." And then proceeds to take the order of another man who just came in. Over 20 minutes of sitting there - at a fast food place - and they hadn't even started. It was NOT busy. There was no one sitting and eating in the restaurant. Everyone had to-go orders and there were never more than 6 customers in the store at one time. I went up and just asked for a refund. The same girl was incredibly rude about it and got the manager. Will def not be back.

Ordered at 7:28. It is now 8:45 still have not received my meals. Called and said yea it went out and they had 4 stops . I’m only 5min away .What happened to fast delivery . Need to update the ordering to show how long it will take.

Corey was hands-down the best JJ employee i’ve ever had. I eat at various locations; this man was kind, knowledgeable of the menu, and very charismatic. Give that man a raise.

Can someone please acknowledge the cashier that just pet a customers dog and proceeded to hand people their sandwiches without washing their hands! This was the same employee who my last visit rudely told a customer she was not on the clock when the customer asked for her help even though she was at the meat cutter making a sandwich. Gave it a second try and won’t be back!

Love the staff they always do a great job and treat people kind. Sandwiches are always fresh and made fast. The rewards program is cool too offering a free sandwich for signing up.
