Beware they marked up their prices to put them on clearance. Do a image search or can barcode. Stuff i bought over a month ago was cheaper than it is now. YT has videos even proving this.

Now, with everything marked down, it’s your last chance to stock up on fabric, yarn, sewing essentials, seasonal decor, and so much more. Everything must go, and once it’s gone, it’s gone! Sad to see it close for good. Prices are not the best yet, but there is a lot still there. Come buy them up before their gone.

I went to 2 locations looking for a certain yarn since the store closer to my home hasn't been restocked yet. I drove 40 miles to 2 other locations looking for it because I checked the website, and it said they should have 6 in stockade each store. I went to the first one, the clerk went to look for it in the back, but came back empty-handed and told me to come back next week because she couldn't get to the boxes. I guess because I told her I need only one. I could have lied and said I need 7 skeins. So I thank her and decided to go to another store which is 18 miles away. I came to the store and looked for this particular yarn. I couldn't find it and decided to ask the check out lady where the yarn is located. She didn't bother to check what I'm looking for and just told me it should be where the yarns are. I just left the store disappointed. I understand that she's the only one to man the checkout, but she didn't bother to scan the label i brought with me. Joann needs to do a better job by providing enough staff to take care of the customers. I wasted 2 hours running around for nothing. It wasted my time, gas, and feeling frustrated. I need the yarn to finish the project as a gift for a friend of mine, and trust me, I cleaned out the yarns that were available on the day I bought the other six. I have had better customer service from a college student in the past than from these ladies.

Managers don’t honor prices if the item is in the wrong spot. EVEN IF IT’S A LOCKED AREA. which means an employee put it there in the wrong spot but whatever.
Even showed them the picture I took before she got the item unlocked for me and she took it to the register herself. Yet they’re acting like I’m trying to scam them.
As much money as most of us spend in Joann you’d think they would honor an employee mistake instead of acting like someone else locked that item in there. Please

The manager was very nice to us but they obviously had an item priced at 29.95. When we checked out they charged us 39.95 and refused to honor their price at the south Fort Worth store. The mainrack with these Wobble croquette kits didnt even have a price on it. The customer is always right but in this case they refused to follow through. We even showed him the closer shelf with the wrong price and he accepted it was a mistake but refused to honor the $29. It's not a bait and switch but clearly a mistake they refuse to honor. Needless to say, hobby lobby and Michael's aren't too far away. We'll be going there from now on.

The lady that cuts fabric is one of the nicest people. Sadly, I can not remember her name (I'll update this when I do 😅). I'm impressed she always remembers me with all the people she sees 💜. But she is so nice and engaging and makes the whole experience even better.

I love Joann’s this location was low on inventory and the yarn is everywhere! I will definitely visit this location again. Overall good experience! The manager was very lovely and helpful.

There’s a lady in the store at 1400 green oaks rd named Chelsea. She is very rude and she looked like she was a manager. How could you possibly be so rude to someone when they ask where do you pick up an order you placed for pick up. She said um up there. And my mom said like at the front? She said like in line 🙄. My mom was like um which line? Is there a customer service line that’s normally where you pick stuff up at. She said yea in line. There was indeed no customer service line. And we kept letting people go infront of us so we didn’t have to deal with her and we went to the other lady and she had asked the Chelsea lady where our order was and she’s likes here you can take this back over there to them I’m not 🙄🙄

The customer service here is just not it. Not a single greet and annoyed when people customers ask if they could enter our phone numbers in since they did not ask.
Like why are you upset… attitude, and eye roll from the two women on the register today. 08/17. One lady in a black collared shirt and a younger women longer hair.

Poor customer service , We were looking for some beads for a project and we were consistently told the store was closing , we were directed to the front and told “ if you’d like to check out now the store is closing “ it was 8:55 and they said they lock the doors at that time . . store hours show 9p. We were on our way already to the front no need to rush us out .
