Trash there's no adults in the store to supervise the children and make sure they're doing their job I called and the Hispanic kid kept me on the phone on hold for 20minutes and never picked up them when I showed up at the store they were playing around

0 stars. Please save yourself the hassle and go to another shoe retailer. No one knows what they’re doing here. I made the mistake of shopping for a Christmas gift here and it has been a nightmare. I placed an order for pick up and got several confirmation emails that my order was ready. At pick-up they told me that my order had already been picked up the day that it was placed which was a lie because the order was placed late in the evening and wasn’t ready for pick up until the following day. I’ve spend numerous hours on the phone with customer service who stated that they have been trying to contact the store. I spoke with Chris at the store who claimed to be the co-manager who told me that there was nothing he could do about it.

Whatever u do bro dont come here . The lady standing at the front working on October 19th around 4 pm was incrediby rude . I was interested in purchasing some shoes and she had a passive attitude that made it seem like i was not welcome in the store . She also did not know what personal space was ! From the minute i walked in she was trying to get me to leave .Never coming here again . I understand that my purchase does not make someones check or pay the employees but WOW. worst experience in a store ever .

My husband and I came here today to get him some new work shoes, and the guy who helped us was phenomenal. His name was Gavin. He was incredibly kind and had amazing customer service. This store isn't the closest to us, but because of the service we received, we'll definitely be back.

Had the WORST EXPERIENCE HERE… I will not ever shop here again and will recommend everyone to shop elsewhere. Staff ignored customers as they talked amongst themselves. Manager at the time was rude to me and my children.
