Lauren, the manager, is amazing! She is an expert at customer service and working hard to pass that skill on to those that work with her! I've been looking for a very specific pair of Ugg Slippers since Black Friday and I was about to purchase a returned pair that were basically new. She decided to check a box of new product that had not been opened and lo and behold the shoes I had been hunting were in there! 😳 It was so nice for her to be so happy for me because my search was finally over! We high fived and I've smiled all day thinking about that moment! I'll be back for my next shoe purchase too! Thanks Lauren!

Great Customer Service! Came in to do a return. Manager and team were so good at their job that they flipped my return into a $60 higher sale.. I knew exactly what they were doing as I used to work retail.. 😂 I even told them.. Super nice team, very helpful, honest manager.. Will be back..

We went in so my daughter could look at Uggs & Birkenstocks, the Manager Lauren, helped us find her size and was patiently grabbing sandals in different sizes to ensure the best fit for my 13 year old. She was so nice and actually caring about how the fit was. She is great. We have definitely made the drive to come here on multiple occasions to buy Birks. Thank you, Lauren!

The store manager is absolutely the most kind and caring person! We came in 2 separate times, the first time she made my 9 year old feel special and indulged in her choices. And the second time, was for myself- I went in not really knowing what I wanted but she brought me multiple options, gave her honest opinion and was incredibly helpful. I hope headquarters reads these local reviews because this girl deserves a raise!
