I’ve had nothing less than positive experiences with jPMORGAN CHASE. And I guess I’m partial since I’m employed by them through all of the different acquisitions since 1987.When I’ve had issues with any of my accounts such as fraudulent transactions, they’ve always been very helpful by investigating and crediting my account back, or even notifying me before allowing certain transactions to go through. JPMORGAN is my bank of choice, aling with some of my family, friends, and church members as well.

Absolute atrocious service, complete indifference to simple requests, total lack of responsiveness to customer service supervisors, incompetence in the mail room. I sent a payoff for my vehicle 8 days ago because I am buying a second home and needed it showing paid and they lost the overnight package. After speaking to Chase Auto Finance supervisors for over 4 days I was told that my "escalated" case had not even been responded to by this payment processing department. Additionally I was told that they didn't even have a phone number to contact this department. I was able to wire the money for the payoff and confirm it was received but still have to wait 3 business days for them to reflect my account. The indifference toward clients' situations that have multiple credit and deposit accounts is absolutely unacceptable. The fact that 0 effort is put into remedying a situation that they caused is also unacceptable. The "customer service" is a wall that has been built by the corporate bean counters to keep customers with issues from actually communication with the department that made the mistake and keep the worker bees working in the hive. We are out of site out of mind when it comes to anything we need. There is no accountability for anyone in this department or anywhere else within the organization. The people that could actually do anything purposely make themselves unreachable and have the "customer service" dept give the runaround for days on end. I feel sick that I own stock in this company and assisted in creating the disgusting level of service I have received, not to mention the treatment from their Chase Auto supervisory Team. A good rule I've always followed in business is that you do not profit at others expense. I feel like I have been duped. I have already contacted Subaru corporate, they actually took tome to listen and seemed genuinely concerned at how I was treated by their financing arm. I'm positive nothing will get done as far as how Chase treats their clients but maybe someone will actually read this and use another institution for financing.

I refinanced an auto loan through Navy Federal on 3-18-2020. JP Morgan Chase has yet to process on their end.
