OBVIOUSLY JPS NEEDS TO SHAKE UP THIS PHARMACY! HOW CAN YOU, AS A COMPANY, ALLOW SUCH HORRIBLE TREATMENT OF CUSTOMERS!FIRE THESE RUDE EMPLOYEES THAT DO NOT LIKE THEIR JOBS! THERE ARE BILLIONS OF OTHER PEOPLE WHO BETTER FIT THE JOB DESCRIPTION! THE TYPE OF PEOPLE HIRED, SAYS A LOT ABOUT THE PEOPLE DOING THE HIRING AND THE COMPANY AS A WHOLE! YOUR HUMAN RESOURCES HIRED THESE RUDE, UNEDUCATED, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HAVING PEOPLE WITH BAD ATTITUDES WHO LIKE TO FIGHT AND THREATEN CUSTOMERS..... THE ENTIRE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPT NEEDS TO BE FIRED!YOUR COMPANY WILL LOOK SO MUCH BETTER!Even the emergency room CUSTODIAN has a bad attitude and HORRIBLE demeanor towards patients! Literally yelling obscenities at sick patients because she (an older slim black lady) has to do her JOB! OF WHICH, SHE DIDNT DO A GOOD JOB! A sick patient urinated on the floor in the ER DEPT..... The custodian began yelling obscenities towards ALL THE PATIENTS waiting to be seen...... AND SHE LEFT THE URINE ALL OVER THE FLOOR- BECAUSE SHE MAD ABOUT CLEANING UP THE MESS! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND UNSANITARY!JPS NEEDS TO DO BETTER WHEN HIRING EMPLOYEES! There is a BIG difference in "Just needing money" vs loving your JOB! JPS ONLY HIRES PEOPLE "JUST NEEDING MONEY"... AND THEY DONT GIVE A RATS BEHIND!DO BETTER!

why do you treat people like this? Aren't we human? What makes you think you better than us? Is it because you are on the other side of the window. this is goes to Nicholas and his staff. please treat people with respect and humanity.

There should be more windows open to pick up meds. I shouldn't have to wait in line 45 minutes just to pick up my meds

Terrible experience. They don’t care about patients. I waited 5 hours for my antibiotics and pain medicine. They are rude and had attitude with patients. They need to learn how to treat people

If I could give the customer service here at the pharmacy a zero I definitely would. I have never seen such heartless, unempathic, rude, inconsiderate of others people in my life that represents the face of this hospital. I know that the city's minority citizens utilizes this hospital most often than not but there is no excuse to treat people less than human. The way the staff interacted with me this Sunday, I nearly left in tears because of the lack of common curiosity and the way the ladies behind the counter spoke to me and I could barely walk. It made me wonder how do they treat our seniors or people with mental disabilities. I know one thing for sure and that is you reap what you sow. You can't mistreat people because you perceive them as the lesser. To anyone in leadership, if you care at all I would like to suggest annual customer service training for your staff in the way of Chick-fil-A; with no judgment only true sincerity in wanting to help. No matter who is in front of them. Treat everyone as a human being. I know there may be situations that remedy more assertiveness and I get it....but don't be heartless for the sake of being heartless. We have enough darkness in the world as it is. My hope is that someone who cares will read my experience and bring about change.
