I inquired about getting my truck mobile detailed. He answered the phone with Hello not his business name, so I should have known right then he was a flake. I went ahead a got on schedule with him at 3:00 from his availability. I moved around my schedule around to accommodate. He texts me at 2:30 letting me know he cannot make it and blamed on another car he was working on. Absolutely poor customer service and professionalism. Don't put cars on your schedule if you cannot commit to it.

I highly recommend Jrs Mobile Detailing. The detail crew came to our home. They showed up on time and were professional. They did a great job. We often take our dogs in the car. They were able to get all of the doghair out of the car. They also removed bugs smashed from a recent trip out of town. They did such a great job they nooked 2 additional jobs from people in our neighborhood. Thanks guys!
