We had a fun little field trip here. While we did not purchase anything this time, I'd like to give a shoutout to Lori . She was attentive and very bright, happy to answer questions and check on inventory for us.

I have to say, there's not really the " steals or the deals" like there used to be but hey, everything's gone up.. You'll pay a little under retail for the nicer stuff and selection is not like it used to be but I'm sure more people are buying more and nicer boots these days. The staff was friendly and prices were fair so I guess that's all you can ask for these days. I will point out that Lori was soooo helpful and gave great customer service as well as great attitude. She is a pro...If you shop this place, see her for sure- LORI... she actually cares and gives GREAT advice on your Boot and western needs. Wound up buying a pair for me and my wife! HAPPY!

I bought 2 pairs of boots from this place an while the people who helped me were good at their job. The boots are not!!!!!!! I picked up boots from this location last December. Not even a full month of wearing them an the rubber souls started peeling off the bottom of the boots. I called to speak with someone about repairs but they don't do that. I was told it's at the management's discretion on weather they will replace them. I didn't want another pair I wanted the problem fixed. For the price I paid for 2 pairs it's the least they could do. The boots here aren't cheap but they seem to be made cheap. Now I'm finding myself using nails an super glue to keep the boots in walking shape. Come on guys! Do better or cut your price tag.

Staff was helpful and friendly. They were willing to knock some off the price off a pair of boots due to the pair being mismatched. They were the same boot just not from the same pair. After breaking them in they are awesome, 2nd pair of Justin's as well. They just make quality boots for the price.

While limited, Pretty good selection to choose from, found a pair I loved. Friendly staff. Prices were better than big chain stores. Give it a look, always nice to save some money on great quality items!

BEWARE! Just because they advertise as an "Outlet" does not mean that there is any type of discount. You might actually pay more!I went in looking for a "good deal" on a Justin cowboy hat but found out that the same hat was $5-10 cheaper at most retailers and HALF the price on sale at another retailer.Honestly, I could care less if they had a price match program but they do not. This store has tourist trap written all over it. Which probably works cause tourists don't know any better lol

Bought my son a pair of boots here for Christmas, but the store did not indicate that they were "final sale". The clerk was on the phone when we were checked out and said nothing about them being final sale. My son preferred a pair of work boots and we went to return the boots only to be told that they were "final sale". The clerk today said "it even says so on that sign" and pointed out some small sign at the front of the store, like I should have known that from looking at a sign rather than being told by an employee while I was checking out. So I'm out over $100 because this store's employees were on the phone and too busy to communicate. We will not be back-even though this is a great location with decent prices, nor will we be buying any Justin products in the future. Buyer beware if you shop here.
