The actual car wash is just fine, but if I press the help button on your machine, I should not have to call a number either my phone or go knock on the window when the employee inside is playing in their phone not paying attention.

Kevin is GREAT!!! He came and hand scrubbed the bugs off the front of my car after my wash! There weren't that many left, but he wanted to make sure I was happy with my car wash! What a great employee!
