I initially chose this shop because of the great reviews, and they truly lived up to them. I really appreciate all the help this shop provided especially Miguel, who was very communicative throughout the entire repair process and made a stressful situation much easier. When my 6 month old 2025 LEXUS was rear ended, Keller Haslet was the only choice to handle the repair. Their attention to detail and precision in bringing the car back to new condition is unsurpassed. Miguel A. was communicating with me in every step of the process. Carlos R. and team are very professional and knowledgeable. They ensure that every single part is examined and repaired if needed. Unfortunately, this is the third vehicle for our family that has been rear-ended and we have taken all of them to Keller Haslet. I highly recommend them. They do outstanding work.

If I could give six stars I would. I don’t know how they keep doing it but they keep going above my expectations every time. Someone had rear ended me and when they were done my car looked better than new. I recommend everyone I can to them because I know they will not disappoint. I hope I never get hit again, but if I do I will definitely take it to them.

I recently ran over a tire on the highway which tore up the front end of my car. I gave Keller Haslet Collision a call and asked if they were comfortable working on a British car? Carlos didn’t hesitate to take my car in and do a beautiful job on it. He even took the time to dig deep to find the special parts needed for the rare model of my Jaguar. I am pleased with the results and won’t hesitate to use them again for all of my vehicles.

Any time I have an issue with either of my cars, Keller Haslet Collision is where I go. It’s a waste of time to go anywhere else in town.
I know I can talk to Carlos and the crew and they will shoot me straight and tell me exactly what the problem is, and exactly how to fix it without talking around in circles.
They know their stuff, and they take care of their people. They’ve become like family to us. Highly recommend!!
