My friend and I went here last night and met the nicest girls!! I forgot her name but the associates were apart of the closing roster from 11-5. My friend and I were celebrating her birthday a day early so naturally we headed to Kendra Scott to browse the jewelry! The associate that helped us was knowledgeable, efficient, and made the experience so pleasant! She would have made the store manager so proud in representing the brand effortlessly!

Nice store. My jewelry from there often does break, however. When we went in this morning, the employees watched us like we were going to steal from the store…we weren’t planning on it. Felt very judged and uncomfortable from their stares. They watched every move we made as we were just looking around the store, trying to pick a gift for my mom. Ended up leaving without buying anything.

Tuesday I took my precious engraved broken bracelet into the KS Clearfork store. The 2 sales girls were so sweet and helpful. Their engraver wasn’t able to make a new one for me but they ordered on from another store and it was delivered to my front door on Wednesday. Amazing and I’m so thankful the bracelet my 12 year old daughter made me for Mother’s Day is restored. Thank you Ladies at shops at clearfork, Fort Worth, Texas!

Izzy is the best! Outstanding service she provided. I recently brought my daughter in for her 8th birthday to pick out her first necklace, and we had the pleasure of being assisted by Izzy. She made the experience at the Color Bar truly special and memorable for my daughter.

Izzy is the best! I lost my favorite mens ring so I came to this location in hopes to buy my replacement. With her assistance she found me the same ring, and it was last ring in my size at another store far away! Izzy helped get it shipped to me! Had it not been for her taking the time to search for the ring at other stores, I would have gone home with nothing! Thank you so much Izzy!!!

I purchased the Dira Gold Tone Stainless steel 28mm watch. Lovely $288 watch.The battery went out recently, I took it to Clear Fork Store where I bought it to get a new battery. I was given a battery, actually two different sizes because the associate didn’t know which one fit. And told to replace myself because no one there knew how to replace the battery. I do not have needed watch tools to replace the battery myself. Poor customer service, I had to take to a fast fix repair to get a new battery. I had to buy their battery. Going forward ask about battery replacement before purchasing a watch.

I just have to review. Today I went in to buy some special gifts for family members because we had a loved one pass away - a detail I didn’t go in sharing but the associate asked me what the occasion was, and then truly cared and even related to my story. Whenever I was done picking out the jewelry, the associate (I wish I would’ve got her name) gifted ME a bracelet as well because she said I needed something to remember him by too. The absolute sweetest gesture ever!! She didn’t have to but she did ??. Thank you!!

My wife and I recently lost our home to a fire. It was a total loss and nothing much of value was recovered. We visited your store in Ft Worth trying to get a few things to help my wife feel normal again. The staff was so amazing! They loved on my wife and made us both cry after the amazing way we were taken care of. Kudos to your staff and you have earned a customer for life. Thank you doesn’t say enough.

Love, love Kendra Scott. Staff yesterday was not helpful and seemed like trying to hurry us out of the store. If I said I was interested in a piece, they would say great, I’ll get it for you, is that all? Are you ready to check out? Very pushy.
