Was pleased with my first trip there! I got a brand new baby tub and also a used diaper genie for less than $25 and it would’ve been almost $100 if bought off my baby registry. The cashier was super nice and explained a lot of how the business works to us!

I honestly can’t believe this place is still in business….but hey everyone has their day I guess! Money hungry is an understatement Absolute trash offers that u either have to take or take nothing at all not even your clothes back NEVER will shop with or sell to Kid to Kid again offered me $28 in store credit for 2 boxes full of brand new with tags pajamas I’m sure they will makes HUNDREDS on I was better off donating them elsewhere

I highly recommend Kid to Kid Fort Worth. I recently brought in a batch of my son’s outgrown clothes, and the staff made the process very smooth. They were friendly, explained everything clearly, and I received store credit that I could immediately use toward items he actually needs now. The store is well organized and has a great variety of quality kids’ clothing and gear at prices that make sense. It feels good knowing the clothes we can’t use anymore will benefit another family. I’ll absolutely be coming back.

I only buy here, so my review has nothing to do with the selling of clothing and such. I’ve come here since my oldest was a toddler, many many years. Staff has always been wonderful, patient with kiddos running around but sets rules and boundaries as needed. Very happy every time I leave this store. I sure miss the kids play area but I understand removing it!

This review is only for the BUYING/SELLING process!!!! (The shop itself is great!) while initially, the signup to sell clothes was smooth and streamlined, and we made sure to follow each of their specific instructions as to the care and layout of the clothes in order for them to be looked at for purchase, it was not until we were called back and told that they were being passed up (which, in all reality would have been fine, if the reasons being excessive wear, stains and missing pieces were the actual truth of what we had brought them which is was not - especially given that their guidelines for even reviewing clothes are so particular!!) anyways, the two young ladies who gave my back my children’s clothes were not friendly, forgiving or explanatory of the process not did they offer any sort of compassion or critique for next time. When I asked why did we not return the clothes the way we found them (being that things were required to have no wrinkles, lay flat-pressed and be freshly washed) and my children’s clothes looked like my toddlers themselves had just rummaged through them, I received under the breath comments about me trippin. This entire experience was truly so disappointing as we were hoping to be able to rely on some of this help to get winter things for our two toddlers. Regardless, not sure I would try to here again unless your child has only ever worn something once.
