The place is trash and the owner is right there with it. The fact that you got in your feelings over an honest review says everything about the way you “run” a business. I didn’t lie, I didn’t exaggerate—I simply pointed out that my experience was terrible and your staff needs serious improvement. And instead of fixing the problem, you got petty and tried to block me from selling. That’s not leadership; that’s a tantrum.
I’ve never disrespected anyone in your store, yet I’ve been treated like an inconvenience by that rude little buyer you have sitting there with an attitude like she owns the building. I called it out because it happened, period. I absolutely have the right to speak on how I was treated—especially when I was nothing but respectful and deserved way better.
If you’re this threatened by basic feedback, no wonder the place is falling apart. A real business owner would correct the issue, not try to punish the customer who pointed it out. Maybe instead of obsessing over who reviews you, you should focus on why the reviews are bad in the first place.

So much great stuff here! I love it and highly recommend it, i almost want to say it was a horrible experience and gate keep this all to myself but i know times are tough and the prices here are what everyone needs at the moment! I know that's why i came by, maternity leave in America is a joke and no money while on maternity leave has some women in a tight financial spot and with my newborn growing like she'll be 6foot seven at the end of this year.....I will be forever be grateful for kid2kid!! I will be back soon!!

Very helpful when I asked to see monitor that was behind the counter. Staff was friendly when we entered and asked if we needed any help finding anything.

This was my first and definitely last time bringing items to this store. I dropped off a large amount of clothes, including at least six coats and a big selection of toys, and was offered only $32 — which felt like a complete rip-off.
When I called to ask about it, the woman who answered was rude and unprofessional, and when I requested to speak with a manager, her tone became even more inappropriate. That kind of customer service is completely unacceptable.
I wish I had read the reviews before taking my items there because it truly feels like they’re taking advantage of people. I’ll be sure to let others know about my experience so they don’t make the same mistake. I will never return to this location again.
Today I went back to pick up the $32 they offered and my bins that I had left with my clothes, only to find out that my bins were donated. I had specifically called ahead and requested that they handle the bins carefully, as they are large and expensive. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I found the staff to be unprofessional and unhelpful.

rude employees and the worst place to try to sell back your clothes. do not leave them there unless you want to get severely ripped off. it is better to sell at garage sale or give away. I used to enjoy shopping there, but have not had a single good experience innthe last few years.

This was the absolute worst selling experience I've ever had. I brought brand new, never been used, still with tags on it stuff and probably 20 pieces of Modern Moments onezies and they gave me $24. They accepted 33 pieces for $24. It was not made clear that I wouldn't be able to reject the offer, and the way it was handled with the absolute disregard and attitude shows that this is common practice at this location. Please read carefully before selling to this business
