Honestly, this place is not worth the money. Admission is $12.50 per child on weekends (socks not included, that’s another $2.50). The playscape area itself was the better side, cleaner, more functional, and the staff were friendly. My child did actually enjoyed it, so I could see maybe coming back for that portion only.
But everything else? Terrible. The “shops” have almost no toys in them, a lot of pieces are missing or broken. There are train tracks but no actual train, which is just sad. The arcade side is even worse: multiple machines have been broken for months, all with the same “waiting on parts” sign taped to them. The floor is filthy, and you can tell maintenance and upkeep are not a priority.
For the price, it just isn’t worth it. If you’re looking for a better play experience, Cheeky Monkey or Play Street Museum are much better options.

After a recent visit, i find myself at Urgent Care with my children whowere diagnosed with Hand/Foot/Mouth Infection.
This is the only unusual stop I my routine the past week. Beware and make sure to wipe down everything.
The market area was worn and I was already apprehensive because of the pour service. But I had promised my children we would go. The market area was warn and the carpet are was visibly stained and a fresh coat of paint would do wonders for the village. Most of the arcade games were down and we spent 25$ on three games at (4tokens=4 dollars) and wasted the rest trying to make it last longer at the grab machines.
Spent good money and came home with infections to show for it.

Probably 80% of the machines were broken. The ones that worked only barely did. Kids were bored, total waste of money

I see this place is resorting to fake reviews now. How about just fix the problems so you get real postivie, organic reviews instead of burrying the negative reviews with fake junk?
More than half the machines do not work and they have the audacity to put a sign on the broken machines saying that game card sales are final and no refunds will be given.
The claw machines are 100% a scam. Every single time the claw had a prize firm in its grasp, the claw would full on open and drop the prize the second it got up to the highest point right before it moved to the drop zone.
Looking at past reviews going on over a year, I see there is the same canned response from the owner saying fixes are on their way, and so on. Dudes just need to bite the bullet, get the funding/lending needed to get the games fixed ASAP or drop the arcade and build out a playground akin more to a Cheeky Monkey or Kid Mania.
No need for a canned response to this review, just fix the issues and the rest will take care of itself.
