Excellent professional service and great management to work with. I worked with Reid to fix my daughter’s car leaky radiator which needed to be replaced. he immediately found the leak and recommended to change it and even went the extra mile to make sure that new radiator is secured in place and built a brace for it from the bottom where it was moving due to car’s previous damage. All was done with a reasonable price too. I would recommend Kirby’s Radiator Service to friends and family and to work with an excellent manager named Reid as well.

Scam artist third time there and the final bill is never what you were originally told I had def filters cleaned I told the owner the check engine light was on and he told me to take it to dealer to get it removed.if you get a quote on the phone it will be different when you get there each time I had a radiator replaced. It was always two or $300 more after they got done. For some reason a part was broke or some screws were worn out. Doesn't matter. I sense other people there and they said the same thing. Just be prepared to pay more. The work on the radiator was done quickly and professionally. No problems with the work but the scam factor was just too much for me to ever want to go back

If you have an old radiator that needs to be reworked this is the place to go, they recored and rebuilt my old radiator for my chipper and it was about a third of the price of a new one. Highly recommended.???

Please bear with me as I share the details of an experience that, though lengthy, is undeniably worth the read, especially if you're in search of honesty and integrity in auto repair.I recently faced a concerning issue with my vehicle as I discovered liquid scattered in multiple places within the engine bay, leading me to believe that my radiator was damaged or there was a hidden leak. The constant need to add coolant only intensified my worries. Frustrated and worried, I reached out to several auto repair shops, only to find that they were either overwhelmed with appointments or quoted exorbitant prices for the repairs.Thankfully, my search led me to Kirby's Auto Repair, and my experience there was nothing short of exceptional. Upon calling, I spoke to Reid, who not only listened attentively to my concerns but also managed to schedule me in for the same day a breath of fresh air compared to my previous attempts at finding a solution.Reid's professionalism and commitment to customer service were evident throughout the entire process. He efficiently diagnosed the issue and assured me that the repairs would be completed by the end of the day. What truly set Kirby's apart was Reid's honesty. While my initial fear was a damaged radiator, Reid informed me that the primary culprit was the water pump. However, he went above and beyond by pointing out that my radiator, though not currently leaking, was 8 years old. Given the reasonable cost and the potential future issues, I decided to have them replace the radiator as well.The transparency and honesty displayed by Reid at Kirby's Auto Repair were truly refreshing. Hard to find good specialty shops like this anymore. I setup a net30 account for radiator repairs on specialty vehicles for radiators customs coaches. These guys get me thru until a back ordered 130 days out radiator needs replaced.

To all that seek radiator repair do yourself a hude favor !!!! keep looking !!! christian brothers, they hands down are the best !!! they would have cost maybe $150 more but you know what they say ( you get what you pay for) oh yeah, christian brothers also gives you a warranty that last 3 years and nation wide. and this is why you need to stay the hell !!!! away from these guys. 1. when the work was done a i picked my 2018 ford f250 i noticed my 3 raptor light bar wasn't there any more, so i went in to ask the manager where was my 3 light rapter lighhts so he went to ask the mechanic was ( no surprise to me, how convenient)! so the manager said he would call me right away when the mechanic came back from lunch. so about an hour later the manager call me back and told me the light bar was in truck, thinking is maybe on the back on the bench seat or in the bed of the truck. hell no, the dumb ass mechanic zip tide it to the inside of my the front bumper on the backside. i only saw it bacause at night time in my garage i just happen to see the orange reflection on the ground as i walked by the front of my truck. then as i was looking and thinking maybe the mechan just didn't click my drivers side headlight buld all of the way and i could just reach down behind the head light and clip it back together, nooo ! another half ass job i couldn't believe !! the mechanic tried to hide my headlight wiring harness with zip ties again !!!! to make matters worst when i look at the headlight male side by forcing the 3 prongs into the female side it snapped one of the prongs off into the harness female side. so now i need to find that portion of the harness from a junk yard and solder the harness back together.... so when i called the manager back from Kirby's radiator shop and asked him what day i could bring it in for them to fix it ( after all i took date and time pictures of my truck with all of my headlight on because i learned a long time ago to take pictures of your stuff before you take it in to be repaired, and take a picture of your odometer as well)!!! the manager told me you can bring your truck and we can look at it but then he asked me ( what do you expect me to do about it) i said fix it because it was not like this before i dropped it off !!!! like most buisness these days and especially kirbys radiator shop
