This is the only Kirklands that has greeted me and asked me if I needed anything, then didn't help me haul mirrors 2 the cashier. Gave me some sorry bubble wrap, then didn't help me with my mirror 2 my car!

over two weeks ago stopped by with a family member , i love the selection of this store has a lot more great deals i saw these stems and wasn't sure how much was it it was clearance or any sale i asked this one employee but she look annoyed that i asked just a simple question "will you able to price check it for me" and she rang it up with a annoyed look at me... and i continue on after it was time to check out the employee didn't wrap up this floral vase instead she just threw it in the bag and didn't even tell me what was my total was i love this store but the employee didn't seem to happy at all , it was her attitude what gives me a 3 star but the store is absolutely stunning with a lot neat stuff ,

I am not sure why this store has such poor ratings. I have been here more times than I can count; I probably go here once every other week. I've put in online orders to pick up here, I've returned items, and purchased many products from this location. Never once have I had an issue. In fact, I bought some furniture last night from this location, and the two ladies working at the store stayed late to help me order some extra pieces online and check me out in the store for what they had available onsite. They were very patient and kind. I have not had a bad experience at this location, and in fact, they have some great sale items to choose from and the store is always well-organized and clean. I highly recommend this location!
