I try to shop here 2-3 times a year as their merchandise changes for the season/holiday. The person helped me to understand how certain oils worked by the candles so I bought them and love the fragrance.

I bought something months ago and It did not work for my home. I was out of the refund and return policy, but I was still able to rec a refund and the managers assisted me on finding a replacement item. Great customer service and a great experience for me!
