I stopped in today to pick up a rug during their sale and I couldn’t find the one I wanted. I headed up to the counter to ask them if they had it and the employee offered to check in the back for it. After she did she brought out three and then went through each of them to find the one that was in the best shape to give me. Great experience!

LOVE this store so much! Went in here for the Memorial Day sale and Amy went above and beyond to help me out, including carrying a box out to my car for me. She was so professional and sweet! I appreciate the amazing customer service here more than you all know!

I try to shop here 2-3 times a year as their merchandise changes for the season/holiday. The person helped me to understand how certain oils worked by the candles so I bought them and love the fragrance.

I bought something months ago and It did not work for my home. I was out of the refund and return policy, but I was still able to rec a refund and the managers assisted me on finding a replacement item. Great customer service and a great experience for me!
