Amazon return service are so rude and not helpful. Customer service area act the same way as if they don’t want a job or work then go home.

Men's Levi's 501s were on their website and on the jeans table sign in the store, but not a single pair of 501s was to be found. Finding the fitting rooms was like a treasure hunt, and the restroom signs took us around the entire store before spitting us out close to where we began. Friendly staff and quick check-out at 8:00 p.m.

Kohls makes it impossible to shop anymore you send out coupons put things on sale however the coupons doesn't work if you don't use your card for three months you cancel them what kind of service

Staff here are always helpful and there is a good selection of clothes for juniors. I just wish there were bigger sizes in-store for kids.

I no longer shop at Kohl’s. I am a devalued 30 year customer. They have discontinued everything I buy. They did away with my shoe size. Don’t carry short sizes in pants and jeans. The petite section is limited and mostly unflattering old lady clothes. Scaled down jewelry and no longer carry what I like. I was informed by some of the store staff they cater to the average sized person (5’4” - 5’10”). Well my money is just as green as anyone else’s. So their entire market is limited to ladies within a 7 inch range. Loosing a lot of market there. Target and JC Penny is getting my business. Nice to be valued.

Went to look for some clothes and to get gift cards and pet supplies and there was nothing in the store the shelves were 85% empty bought three gift cards no money on the gift cards after I paid $100 for gift cards and nothing so now I have to make an extra trip back to another store to get them activated employees very rude did not greet us and had attitude when I asked where are the gift cards and did not get greeted at all walking in or not even have a good evening

Dont listen to them if they tell you to swipe your card again because it didnt go thru, something wrong with their machines told the cashier it went thru on my end, she said it didnt well guess what I ended up being charged twice , spoke to manager said only got charged once which is not true she doesnt want to help and to top it off i heard you rude lady manager talking bad about me to your coworker after we finished our phone conversation you accidentally called me back and I heard everything you have been reported! Come on kohls hire a more profesional person as your manager someone with people skills and the ability to offer a solution I ended up paying twice for my things . I dont shop here but one thing for sure i will never shop here again!

Whether making a return, shopping for sales, or searching for a special item, the store is always clean and neat and well organized. There are the appropriate amount of cashiers at check-out. That's important.
