Best cheapest price for pipe tobacco and cigarette tubes in town. But only have a few selections. Need to get more varieties and in stock. Lady worker was really nice and courteous. Paid $15 for 6 oz bag of pipe tobacco, 1.99 for Ace tubes. Don’t get Ace tubes, it breaks often. Zen is best.

*** I just filed a complaint to the BBB and am taking further action as well *** I'm very unsatisfied with my visit and the lack of communication from the owner. I came in the shop a week ago to purchase a piece. I spent more than I normally would because this was a celebratory gift to myself. Upon getting home, I discovered a manufacturer error with this piece. Essentially, I could not use it and after looking at countless videos I determined there's nothing I could do to fix it. I'd like to point out that it's NOT BROKEN. It was made wrong and with it being glass I cannot just turn around the downstem. its connected to it. I've called multiple times on multiple days now and talked to two separate employees. Both were very nice and trying to be helpful but ultimately couldn't do anything without owner approval. They were only reiterating that the owner says no to an exchange. I told them I don't even need the $179 or a piece at equal value just something that WORKS. The only problem is I couldn't talk to an owner since they're never there, do not call me back even though I've left my number multiple times with requests for a callback. Now they won't even answer my calls and basically am screwed. I reached out to the manufacturer as well. I filed a complaint with BBB to try to handle this and am taking further action until I get my money or a working piece.

Alex is nothing short of amazing! Great customer service & is always so kind to my mom and I when we come in. This is the only smoke shop to carry my mother’s brand of cigarettes in the Ft. Worth area that she’s found and they have a wide range of other stuff. Worth shopping with!
