Came back to update my one star review to five stars due to Eric. Thank you for making me feel like I’m at home. The last few Kroger fuelmart representatives made me wonder how they think customers won’t wait for their shift to be over. Thanks Eric for setting the bar with true customer service.

Liberal Eric there is on a power trip. He must see the issue year on some else’s ID but he wouldn’t even look at mine when I bought it. Then he refused to sell me tabacco products because he couldn’t see my daughter in laws issue date on her I’d. He then refused to sell to me if I was purchasing it for my son but then he sold it to me anyway! He gave me the wrong ones and then wouldn’t change it out to the correct one but my son was ok with it. Eric threatened to call the police on me when I told him my son wouldn’t care!! Watch out for Big Ole Goofy Eric! Lol

Why say it closes at 10 when I got here at 9:20 waited about 5 minutes in the window for the female to say she closed other people were waiting in line also

Closed early, counting down their drawer out on counter where visible to customer, and no body around to even say they closed early.

Be aware of the male this store has at self checkout. He's a tall, at least 6 feet, older, white male. He's very rude and snobby. Seems to hate his job. I've encountered him numerous times, as this store is within minutes of my home, and every time he never fails to be rude and snobby. Yesterday I stopped to buy a few things. I happened to pick up a house plant that was not ringing up at self checkout. He decides to walk over remove the tag, show me the tag, as if I didn't know to scan the tag. Obviously it didn't ring up for him either and he goes "oh." Then he proceeds to scan the same tag 4 times as if it would magically ring up. Then he proceeds to override the price to $20.00 but the price tag on the plant read $19.97. So I asked why he couldn't ring it up for the price on the tag and he goes "wow, for 3 cents, what? You want to save 3 cents. Really?" To which I said "is that not the price on the tag and he kept going about how I really wanted to save 3 cents. Not sure why he felt the need to round the price tag. For whatever reason he couldn't ring up the plant at self checkout, so he takes me to customer service and continues to rant about how I was making a big deal over 3 cents. Then as he walks away from customer service he throws in a snarky "have a great day." Anywho the lovely ladies at customer service were great and apologized for this man's behavior. So I guess everyone who works with him knows about his rude, snarky, and snobby behavior. Bless his heart!

Owners must be idiots,because these d*** a** digital coupons only slow down the lines and their help is slow to begin with-GET AWAY FROM DIGITAL COUPONS OR YOU WILL NEVER GET A DIME FROM ME!!!

I have gone into this store in the evening five times in five weeks. Each time the Deli area is a hospitalization waiting to happen. The Delie meat slicers are not cleaned throughout the day, and you don't know what you will get with your food. The first two times I complained to the assistant manager on duty, yet nothing is done. . . The third time I took pictures and again complained to the assistant manager. A week ago, the fourth time (I took pictures again), I again complained to the assistant manager. She said "I have told them to clean the slicer, but they just won't do it. I don't understand why they won't." I went in tonight and not only does the meat slicer look like a trip to the hospital waiting to happen (again, I have pictures if you need them) there is raw chicken on the floor and they were not cooking chicken at the time. . . . This time there was a different assistant manager. I explained the situation to him and he said, well I know they cleaned it last night because I watched them do it. This is just as bad as the employees leaving that filth on the slicers all day long (the manager does not even care about potentially spoiled meat contaminating everything that comes into contact with it). I asked him for the name and phone number to the district manager (because no one at that store cares for the health and safety of its customers). He came back and gave me a number and said if you leave a message, they will make sure it goes to the right person. I said I don't want to just leave a message and he then said this is where the district manager offices out of. He then said if I call during business hours I would not have to leave a message. I then asked again for the name of the district manager and he said "I don't know who has their office at that location. . . . The managers at that store do not care what their employees are doing (or not doing). They then try to play games with you when you bring up health concerns. The Health Department should have someone inspect them (preferable on a weekend evening).

Worth stopping if you are a Kroger customer since they end up giving you a discount when scanning your Kroger card.

It’s an older Kroger gas station. Lately multiple pumps have been down due to technical issues. I wish they would get the newer Kroger fuel pumps but it’s close to my apartment and the Kroger Fuel Points are a great way to save money with how expensive gas is in 2022.

I wish I could give this location -5 stars honestly. I get being short staffed but clearly they can't even prioritize. Having shopping carts inside the store should be the easiest thing to maintain, there's like 100 carts and y'all wait until there is ZERO to go get them. Im 8 months pregnant and having to carry my 2 year old all through the store is ridiculous. Luckily I had my oldest with me to carry what we bought. I usually grab a cart from outside and bring it in because this has happened to me before but i forgot this time. Beyond irritated.

Very irritated the fact that when you do pick up orders you have to stress about the workers usuing common sense to make sure the produce is actually not expired !!! this Kroger has gotten my business for 4 years now and the attitudes and just the i don't care attitude works my nerves !!! Now I have 4 bags of salad mix that is up in price thrown away not good and they gave me bread that literally expires TOdAY!!!!!
