Sandy the pharmacist doctor is always nice to me and my family. Switched my pharmacy here because of her. She goes above and beyond to help! Thank you! ?

Girl behind the counter said the Dr denied the prescription but when I called the Dr they never got a refill request. Why do I have to fight this pharmacy to get prescriptions filled? They never have what you need ready on time but fill stuff you don't need early

Buyer beware and watch your credit card statements. My card was declined twice at checkout so I paid with a different card. No big deal, I figured AmEx was having technical problems. My receipt shows this: two declines on AmEx and then paid on Visa. Something told me to check my AmEx a few days later and sure enough, Kroger charged me $154. I checked my Visa and Kroger charged me $154 there as well. Both had posted. I have to get statements and bring them to the store to get this resolved because the non apologetic manager won't look it up electronically. So, not only has the store stolen my money, I have to do all the work to get it back.

This is a nice Kroger. Great location, massive store, and they even have a drive-thru pharmacy! Their gas pumps are carry-corner from the Chevron, and Kroger's prices are lower. Right across the street from a liquor store, Natural Grocers, and a workout center.

Don't even deserve 1 star. Had a prescription nebulizer for my wife which they failed to fill. They only gave us the capsules and not the nebulizer. Called them and they said it wouldn't be ready until midday the next day. My mother-in-law went and picked it up, brought it to our house and it didn't work. They wouldn't take it back or help us find a replacement. Then after my mother-in-law called around to other pharmacies who understandably couldn't fill it because they didn't have the prescription, she called them back and they hung up on her. Absolutely ridiculous and poor customer service. They've lost us as customers for good.

These other reviews are spot on.It seems like these pharmacy techs hate their job and don’t care much to help their clients. I’m sorry I’m bothering you, but it’s kinda your job? I understand it can be stressful as (like me) some medications rule the clients life and their prescriptions are important. So I can imagine they frequently get yelled at. I always keep this in mind when I call or go in so I can be as patient and kind as possible. However I rarely ever receive that from them. The way they talk to me is so disrespectful. I think maybe their staff is experiencing “compassion fatigue” and it should be addressed by management. Honestly, why work in this field if you’re constantly nasty to your clients?Moving all my prescriptions to a different pharmacy is exhausting and stressful but I will be doing this in the next month or so. Not another Kroger, a different pharmacy all together. My parents seem to have great experiences with Albertsons.I’m sorry these techs hate their job and their clients. Remember Kroger techs, we are people who are just trying to get the medications that inevitably rule our lives. We are at the mercy of our meds and you are the keepers who should be helpful and not hateful.

They are absolutely terrible at this store. I know that pretty much everyone is short staff but they are ridiculous here. Everytime we come they ask you to come back in 30 minutes or an hour doesn't matter how small the task is, as if we don't have to pay for this outrageously priced gas. We are switching pharmacies this has gotten out of hand. Besides, the customer service stinks!!!!

THEY DO NOT HAVE YOUR MEDICATION AND YOU ARE NOT NOTIFIED!I have been a customer of this pharmacy for about 5 years. Over the past few months I have 3 different occasions that I have phoned in a refill and gone to pick it up a few days after it was supposed to be ready, only to find that it has not been filled due to the medication needing to be ordered. These are not exotic medications. I understand that the pharmacy might need to order a medication that they are out of. Not only do I have to do without my medication, I am never notified that the refill will be delayed. They have a computer system that is supposed to text prescription updates but it does not. I have called and tried to get them to send me texts, or notify me some other way, concerning delayed refills. I am assured that it is fixed but, I never get texts. Sometimes the excuse is that my cell carrier will not allow it. My cell carrier is AT&T. If the system doesn't work with AT&T, it doesn't work.Today, they did not have my medication and I was forced to put up with a spiteful pharmacy tech who couldn't be bothered with my foolish desire to pick up both of my prescriptions at the same time. I have gotten to the point where I dread going to the Kroger pharmacy to try to get my medications because it is always so frustrating. I'm going to find a different pharmacy, they wouldn't have to go far to top this nightmare!

I recently received flu vaccine at this pharmacy, which took about 45 minutes to obtain as three customers who arrived after me to pick up prescriptions were attended to by the rep who was registering my data in the Kroger pharmacy computer system and who dropped servicing me and went to attend to these three other customers throughout my vaccine registration time and up to my injection. Please inform Kroger management to improve the efficiency and courtesy of this pharmacy and instruct pharmacy reps to continue working with a given customer, on a first come, first serve basis, until that customer's purpose for being there is completed before attending to the next customer. Thank you.

What an unfriendly pharmacy tech ( cashier D7) that helped me at the drive thru window today 9/18/21. I was the only one there, but She still took over 5 minutes before coming to the window and when she finally came over she wasn't welcoming or apologetic for the wait. She told me that my prescription was going to be twice as much as previous months. I said I had a good RX coupon on file. Said unless I had another coupon the price is exactly what she said. So I looked up the coupon again on GoodRx website and it was the price I have always paid. I showed it to her and got the price down to the normal amount. She never apologized and she never said Thank you after I paid. She sent the canister back with my prescription my credit card and my driver's license and said "your card is in the bag"..... Wow.

The pharmacy staff likes to close down the drive through 30 minutes before closing. The staff could really use some training on customer service. Go elsewhere that can provide prescriptions during the hours that they should be open.
