Came for a flu shot. Said they couldn’t give a shot at 7:49 and they stop at 7:45.
Please don’t put on your signs that you can give shots on evenings during those hours. Please post you have a cut off time. Some of us work during the day and make arrangements to come in since your “walk-ins”.

Noticed there was beard hair inside my newly filled prescription bottle. Took it back the next day to have it refilled, and they could have cared less. They seemed to switch out the pills but didn't bother to replace the infected bottle.

I just got racially profiled today in kroger and was kicked out because we looked like a group of people that were stealing days prior and they wouldn't show no video or proof but kept saying we did it and mind you I was not in Dallas Fort Worth I was in Houston and got in to town this morning to visit my dear friends

I WAS RACIALLY PROFILED !!! Me and my good friend that came in to town this morning were asked the store because we were supposedly apart of a group of teenagers that were stealing last night, I tried to politely explain that he had me mixed up with someone else because we're both 22 years old and my friend was in Houston the day prior to this. He got hostile with me and insisted that I leave the property before he call the police. When the police arrived he explained that we were the 2nd group that were kicked out today and that he could not show the video footage he so call had. My belief is that the 2nd group kicked out that day was also black because I'm not sure what else we would have in common as a group. I asked to speak with a manager since Brian wasn't open to the idea that maybe he had the wrong people, I was told both the manager and assistant manager were not in the kroger at the time. Very angry that I was kicked out of my neighborhood Kroger because a group of kids in the previous years stole candy.

The customer is not good professional because they tried sepal but we are deaf. They need imrpove professional to communicate with deaf people. Thank you. They are not rude to deaf people

The milk expires way before the date on the gallon. I've wasted money buying milk and it being rotten 2 days later. This isn't a one time thing, it's numerous times . I'm tired of it and will no longer purchase certain items from y'all

Please hire some help. Not one person to bag groceries. I don't get a discount to bag and load my cart. I feel bad for your checkers. Also all the carts are in the lot instead of the store. Please hire some ppl and get the expired cottage cheeses off the shelves. Thank you!

The STORE GETS A ZERO!!! Spent an hour for grocery pick up! They had one kid running back and forth.He was AN ALL STAR!!! Worked his tail off and was amazing. The zero stars (YelpMakes me give them at least one star) is for the POOR MANAGEMENT!!!!! I should have looked up this location before doing grocery pick up here and saw the poor reviews! I won't be back!!! This was pick up hell!! NEBER SEEN ANYWHERE THIS BAD!!! Even during the holidays!!! Domenico...you DESERVE A BETTER JOB BUT AT THE VERY LEAST YOU DESERVE A MANAGEMENT POSITION (possibly your boss' position.....SHAME ON THEM) AND A RAISE!!!!

They've been selling expired cheese! Why are they selling expired foods?!? They won't even take it back and give our money back! Has the whole world gone crazy? AM I THE ONLY ONE AROUND HERE WHO STILL BELIEVES THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT?!? This grocery store needs some serious health inspection over expired foods PDQ!

First, they never have carts available for customers. That being said, I usually try to push my cart back into the store, well today, the cart pusher yelled at me and told me "no, that doesn't go there". I was walking into the store to put it back in the cart return, she grabbed the cart out of my hands and continued to be rude to me.
