Horrible place for groceries.
They allow dogs in the store. The store and carts are filthy.
The scales at the self checkout are incorrect and not consistent.
They force you to use self checkouts by not staffing enough checkout clerks.
You have to dig for fresh produce as most of it is close to expiring.
While there are some good deals, other items are over priced. So watch what you buy.
I avoid this store and drive further to HEB or even Walmart.

Despite this store adding "control gates," they do absolutely nothing to deter thieves from stealing. This store has literally become a haven for thieves to steal from. Almost every time I come here, which is rare these days because of this issue, I see someone pocketing something, putting it in their backpacks, or eating or drinking something without paying for it. I've reported this problem before, and nothing was done. No wonder prices at this place are ridiculous. This store cares little about the paying customers and even less about people stealing from here. This is the main reason I've taken my business elsewhere, even though it's a longer drive now.
Most staff are friendly and often willing to help. Others could care less about their customers and act as if we're bothering them.
Some favorite shelf products are not always available at certain times.

I must say, tonight was my official last day to ever shop Kroger. I'll drive further to anywhere else, I'm done.
I've been a loyal kroger customer for decades, and this particular location from day one of them opening the doors.
The lack of straightforward pricing is ridiculous. I don't want to use an app for some things, extra quantities for others and my loyalty account for something else.
Time to try HEB and WinCo

Absolutely terrible customer service from assistant store leader, Rigo. Instead of valuing the customer, Rigo gave me a lecture on how "We (Kroger) are in the money making business".

I got gas here August 1st and August 8th, got my card information stolen. My card was used at other Kroger locations in states I’ve never been. These people had the nerve to use my fuel points and my number to make in store purchases in VA. I Called customer service and they were not remorseful. I had to file police reports in multiple states and report this to BBB. I’m reporting this store everywhere!
Shop here at your own risk and most definitely do NOT get gas from here!!!

Has what changed? Prices are high, not getting all my groceries here anymore. The new store reset makes it difficult to find things without having to have interactions with employees. I understand the concept makes us search in hopes that we spend more than intended. Because of your corporation's need to embrace digital coupon technology and no longer receive paper coupons Kroger is driving customers to shop elsewhere. The Good news is your Seltzer water and bottled water and produce sections are superior to most of the competitors. If you ever discontinue these items, well, I will no longer need to shop here.

Nathan at the bakery is killing it! Super helpful, very personable. This dude is working with a smile and going above and beyond to help out customers. Whatever he's getting paid isn't enough, this dude needs a raise! :) (seriously, I needed help and he dropped everything he was doing to not only solve my problem, but make me feel like it was his genuine pleasure too help me out. That's becoming more and more rare, this young man is a gem)

So, I'm standing in Kroger right now. I paid for 4 items and requested $100 cash back. Nothing came out. No receipt, no cash or anything. The employee, Gracie, started to give me cash from her drawer and then discovered she didn't have enough. Then she had the audacity to ask me can I come back tomorrow!! Excuse me?!? Can I shop here and pay tomorrow?!? I doubt it!! It's MY money and I need it NOW!!!
