I had to transfer my prescriptions from CVS at Alta Mesa/McCart, Fort Worth, due to their closure on 9/24. My prescription transfer to Kroger was so easy. Pharmacy staff is awesome. They helped me twith my transfers with patience and knowledge. I am very thankful.

I called 10 min before closing rang twice then hung up. Wow really. 2 days left messages about 2 rx that were sent to Arlington and one was at the Altamesa Kroger. Never returned call. Closed on Sundays they leave for lunch from 1 to 130 and the pharmacy is closed until they come back again inconvenient

I went inside to pick up a prescription, had to wait a few minutes before someone came over which was fine, they were busy so I was talking to my kid while I was waiting. Then Penny came over to assist me and that’s when things changed. The encounter started off normal “how can I help you”? I responded “I’m picking up a prescription” she then proceeded to get an attitude towards me for no reason at all. All I had said to her at this point was “I’m here to pick up a prescription”. I was so shocked, so I then returned the favor of an attitude because it came out of the blue and if you’re going to treat me that way, be prepared to get it in return. Treat others the way you want to be treated Penny. I hope they show you this review and I truly hope you learn how to communicate with others better and hopefully whatever you’re going through gets better and doesn’t get placed into your customers.

Found out that thus pharmacy has been using a discount card for one of my prescriptions while using my insurance for the rest. Overcharged over 100 dollars and no one can tell me who to contact to get this resolved. Was told oh I'm sorry that shouldn't have happened.Really???

They are putting new stickers over already expired chicken! Didn't notice until I got home I immediately ripped that one off to see what is said underneath turns out been bad for 6 days! Disgusting

Called to check on my prescription and they had all of my information wrong; my name, address, phone number. The only info that was correct was the name of my doctor and the name of the medication. Not sure how this happened but I will not be using this pharmacy again.

If I could give zero stars I would! I just spent the last 45 minutes doing my shopping, a over filled cart. I walk up to the checkout & there are only self checkout. I asked why there isn't a regular register open. I am told not until 10, excuse me??? This store doesn't even have a long self checkout, all short. Not going to lie as much of a B this makes me I left the whole cart & walked out. I am a busy mom & this store is on the way home from dropping my son off at school. I do not know if this is just this store's policy or Kroger as a whole but I will be finding out.
