I can’t say enough good things about this pharmacy. Every time I’m here (and it’s often that I am) they are super nice, helpful, and polite. I’ve called late and early with questions and they are always so nice!

Every time I’ve had an issue with a refill or insurance, they have been so accommodating and helpful! They even let me know how long a specific medication of mine would be out so I can make arrangements with my doctor. Compared to my last pharmacy, Walgreens, this pharmacy exceeds all my expectations! They have been a breath of fresh air and I’m so happy to have found such a good pharmacy with good people working there. Thank you guys so much for all that you do!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to buy gas today. They over charged my card multiple times. They are acting like they can’t give me a refund. Then told me to call this number to get refund and they acting like they can’t give me a refund either. Talking about some call in 24 hours. I NEED MY MONEY BACK! I have kids to provide for. I’ll never shop here or get gas ever again.

This review is for the Kroger Pharmacy at Basswood. I moved my prescriptions to this location after a terrible experience with the CVS next door. It has been a night and day difference. No matter the question or issue, the staff here has been patient, accommodating, and continuously goes above and beyond to help. Whether it's getting a new RX established, getting a flu shot, working with a doctor's office to get clarification, or answering my questions, I have nothing but good things to say about the team here. It's such a relief to not have to dread going to the pharmacy. Thank you!

This pharmacy provides the best customer care I've ever experienced. Although there are closer options to my home, the extra drive is worth it for the exceptional attention and genuine support I receive. The staff is not only knowledgeable and helpful, but they also truly care about their customers, always greeting them with real smiles.

Joey and his staff are hands down the best assistance I've ever encountered at a pharmacy. Great discounts when you do not have insurance. The automated recording is a nightmare if you say anything about a prescription it tells you the entire deal about how to go through the system to order one etcetera how do you bypass that horrible horrible system? The questions should be more about a news prescription hasn't been called in. It doesn't mean you're wanting to know when it's ready it's a different type of question we need to be able to get through I'm so angry every time by the time I pick up the phone and I called back two to three times

During the wind storm three shopping carts came hurling towards my car in the parking lot as I'm traveling in front of the store leaving from shopping. I had to slam on the breaks to try to avoid the 3 carts (was on store camera) and the stop was so abrupt my daughter has a concussion because her head hit the front windshield and shattered it. I have tried for over a week and half to get resolution and my windshield fixed. I've spoken with store manager and the regional with no response, told I'll get a call back and don't. $250 to fix a window because of your carts that your staff left in the parking lot, you are responsible for your property. I will be filling a complaint with Corp as well as and filing a suit against this store and the BBB. I'm beyond disappointed in Kroger, I have shopped with yal for years and seriously disappointed in your lack of compassion and/or swift response.

This pharmacy staff is always so helpful and friendly. Every so often when I am there visiting my mother I need a refill of meds and they transfer from my hometown Kroger with no problem! Thanks guys!!
