During the wind storm three shopping carts came hurling towards my car in the parking lot as I'm traveling in front of the store leaving from shopping. I had to slam on the breaks to try to avoid the 3 carts (was on store camera) and the stop was so abrupt my daughter has a concussion because her head hit the front windshield and shattered it. I have tried for over a week and half to get resolution and my windshield fixed. I've spoken with store manager and the regional with no response, told I'll get a call back and don't. $250 to fix a window because of your carts that your staff left in the parking lot, you are responsible for your property. I will be filling a complaint with Corp as well as and filing a suit against this store and the BBB. I'm beyond disappointed in Kroger, I have shopped with yal for years and seriously disappointed in your lack of compassion and/or swift response.

The entire team in the pharmacy is amazing! I can't name only one because they are all friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and straight up awesome! No one should complain about them.

Horrible experience! I went with my daughter and she saw this Halloween hand , no price, last one, and the woman at the self checkout invented a price from her belly. I asked if I can match with a bag and she was worried about inventory when it did not even have a tag or a name. These employees are brainwashed and totally unhelpful. Shame on what this store became. Dirty, missing price, unhelpful and excremental. I will drive to another as they don't deserve my money, in a minute or so all those employees will be gone and the machines will take over, let's see them then with their inventory.horrible!!!!

Can't give a zero. So I guess 1 will do. The manager, Raul, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Had to file a complaint with corporate Kroger. He needs to lose his job. I spend over $400 a month at this store. Never again. Raul, sir.... You are a POS SIR!!

I have dealt with this Pharmacy for the past two years and I’ve had nothing but awesome experiences with them needed to get my dad’s medication. I was running late Joey offered to stay late and wait for me to get there. He said I was lucky he was able to do it that evening and I’m so glad he was there. I know that it was a once in a blue moon shot, but he did it for me,very very thankful.I know there was another time. Joey help me out as well and so that’s two times in my book. He’s gone out of his way for me. So extremely thankful.A while back. I had an episode and passed out while in the drive-through due to a heart condition I know one of the girls I wish I could remember her name ran outside help me thank God my car was in Park mready but they called the ambulance ther and got me to the hospital where I spent a few days, so thank you for that but overall I’ve had nothing but a great experience from this pharmacy and God bless you guys for that! Worst customer service... always got problem with customer when they tries to purchase drinks on sale. If you always want to bark about limits than ya should put a limits on the product don't tell customers that there is a limits when your ads clearly tells when you buy x amount or more. Try to satisfies your customer and don't stop them it's not like we r taking more than 20 amounts of products. This is the second time I had a problem only in this Kroger. None of the other Kroger on different location stop their customer when they buy lots of food or drinks. Really bad experience in this Kroger and will go to different location or different store but not this Kroger again.

The pharmacist, Joey, gives great attention to the customers. He is polite, professional, and eager to assist in anyway he can. His customer service is exceptional. The clerks that work there are fast accurate and very sweet because of the staff at this Kroger store I will never get prescriptions filled any place else they get 5+ stars for me.

Been using Kroger pharmacy since the Blue Mound location opened. Friendly staff and Joey goes above and beyond to educate and get the lowest price’s available on my medication. I actually trust Joey more than my family physician. He’s very knowledgeable and is always willing to listen and advise or provide a direction to resolve any of my medical needs.

I am an exclusive customer at the Pharmacy on Basswood in Fort Worth.I have had opportunities to go to other Kroger Pharmacies and even other non-Kroger Pharmacies, and have gone to a couple of other Krogers if the Basswood Pharmacy is out of stock or if my doctor sends my Rx to the wrong store. I have also had to visit the Dillon’s in Topeka when I needed a refill.Joey, Blair, Deborah, Bailey and others have always been welcoming, friendly, professional and helpful. They always greet me warmly and we have all gotten to know each other over the years.I always look forward to my visits andwill not change pharmacies.Thank y’all!!!Jim

Easiest experience I’ve ever had with a pharmacy! I didn’t catch the pharmacist name but I had a new insurance which he had already found and ran prior to me showing up and was very prompt with getting the scripts ready that weren’t sent over until after 530.

Joey is the best. I’ve had to use the pharmacy so much lately (switched to Kroger Pharmacy because my other one was horrible). Joey explains, works hard at getting price reductions, works through issues. He’s literally the best. He needs a raise (but don’t take him from this CVS! Lol)
