Produce has been moldy the last few weeks. Just went to the store tonight to get ice cream and cones. Got home to see they all are destroyed and what’s worse is they expire next week….. no telling how long these have been sitting on a shelf. I never thought I’d say I’d prefer Walmart to grocery shop.

This is our local store and we love shopping here but lately we been having a hard time with a rude employee and the self checkout & he’s always in a bad mood and always mistreating customers.
I had to call the store because my daughters went for a night errands and he screamed at them and I don’t appreciate this. So please Kroger I don’t want to stop coming to this location just for a bad employee and I really hope you can take care of this.

The most understaffed grocery store I have ever been to. Often there are no cashiers on staff. Poorly organized. No one offers to help the customers. They just stand around doing nothing. What are these people even getting paid to do??

I couldn’t pick up my order 8-9pm due to getting off work late. I was going to pick up my order the next day in the AM but someone else picked up that night. Mind you it was a big grocery order. Sounds like the employees keep the ones that are never picked up that day. For AMY being a supervisor she was very unapologetic and had no customer service. I was told “call your bank to get your money back”
Not once did she try and help me or apologize for the inconvenience.

Don't get fresh products here, cuz they're not fresh! I bought 3 potatoes on Thursday. When I prepared dinner on Saturday, I found that all of them have a lot of brown spots inside.
I have been shopping here for awhile. The staff here are friendly and the guac here is pretty good, but they really need to work on ensuring the freshness.

My mom and I used to love this place I loved the 10 for 10 deals as well as their sodas. Loved the rewards giving with reward card because i dont have time to cut coupons or download anything but now you not only need a reward card but also a digital coupon in order to get the sale price That's just not right Whats the point of having a loyalty or reward card if you don't get anything for be loyal or having a reward card. Not everyone is internet smart especially out older generations so asking them to download coupons is not right
After today my mother nor I will be shopping here or any Kroger

They wouldn't let me buy a gift card with my debit card which I have never heard of before and always want to block the entrance with baskets every time I come there. Also, there's never anyone working in the meat department
