In general it is a very nice store to shop at. The employees are great for the most part, with the exception of a couple, one of which is named Richard, who I heard be incredibly rude to my teenage son when he went for me and I was on the phone with him. The next time we were there we both noticed Richard not so discreetly stalking us down every aisle, I'm assuming because he felt like we were going to steal. I went to find him after checking out and he was nowhere around. The next time he did the same exact thing and I addressed him directly, which he claimed at first he hadn't noticed us and then turned around and states that they watch everyone. Later when checking out someone actually ran out of the store with something not paid for, and Richard was running at full speed to catch the shoplifter..... maybe he shouldn't have been stalking my son and I. Other than that complaint, it's a good store and the people there are great.

I’ve been shopping here for the past three years. The inside of the store is very well organized. The only thing I don’t like about this you have a lot of homeless people that are walking the parking lot asking you for money.

I changed my mind about this place yhe cashier zaid I owed 3.99 after I receivef my SNAP I didn't know why so he calls the manager the manager is short with him. I knew my balance but decided to take items out to delete. The manager or whatever he was starts taking my sushi out and t ben proceeded to tell me SNAP doesnt pay or it he wants me to take items out he probably can't afford. I went to my car got my balance and came to apologize I put my hand on him he flinched and didn't acknowledge my apologies. He turned around and a white lady was laughing at his treatment of me especially when I told him you could buy sushi with SNAP he said well I wouldn't know. I live downtown this is the second store to treat me like I didn't matter check your cashier not my way to eat. This store aint go do nothing just like the other storeBy the way I went to Kroger on Alta Mesa and checked out with no problem.

I have been a Ft. Worth, TX, resident for two months now, having moved here from Oakland, CA, to get away from the rampant crime and racism there. I use Kroger home delivery, which includes Instacart. Service and food quality are excellent.

Leslie was our hero today! When we arrived he helped us get a basket and a power scooter basket since my mother has mobility issues. When we were leaving the store he helped us unload all the groceries into our van then took back the power scooter for us. Leslie is such a delight! He was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Had a Pickup order here, and it was a disaster. One of the employees called me, told me that my order wasn't going to be ready at the scheduled time. Okay, cool, things get busy.I show up a couple hours after the scheduled pickup time, and the girl that comes out tells me they had everything I ordered. That's great. She starts loading stuff in the car, and a few things don't look right. I figured I'd just look closer when I get home. That was a mistake.Half of my order was the wrong items. They were all similar, but not quite right. Wrong sizes, wrong brands, wrong flavors. A good portion of my produce was bad too.I call the store, and a young man named Jason answered. He asks my name so he can pull up my order, and he says the system shows that everything was scanned in as ordered, and apologized that things were so wrong. He explained to me that the middle management types were pushing their accuracy measurement really hard, and that was the root of the issue. He offers to replace my produce, and advises me to call the 1-800 number to get a refund.I come back up there, and go inside the store to get my replacement produce. Jason gives me the new produce, and it looks so much better. He also apologized again.I went to grab a few items I forgot to order, and the shelves were so messy and empty. It looked like it was still the middle of 2020.There were no cashiers open, and the self-checkout person was running around so much that it looked like he was doing the job of four people. In summary, friendly staff, but saddled by incompetent corporate management and lots of inventory issues. If they had products on the shelves and staff in the store, it'd be a great place to shop, but they're understocked and understaffed, leading to an absolutely mediocre shopping experience.

Big guy working self checkout with a patchy beard did not want to help me find any of the small black handheld shopping baskets. He found a big stack in the back, gave other people baskets along the way who needed them, but he didn’t stop to give me one and I had to follow him all the way to the front of the store to get mine. He kind of slammed them and didn’t say anything when we got to the front, which I interpreted as anger or frustration. Would have been around 3:30 today. I don’t really know if it was his job, but it’s definitely not mine. Your deals are good, but this seems like a good reason to check out fiesta mart.

This is my neighborhood grocery. Because of rising food prices I have gotten a membership at cosco for bulk items. If you are cooking meals from scratch on a budget go to Kroger's. Because this Kroger's caters to TCU students their selection of produce is not high quality. If you are cooking meals from scratch with money in your pocket go to whole foods.Customer service is pretty good. It was better when Ezra was manager. I don't know who the new manager is. I've never seen them.

Affective immediately, this Kroger location has a company putting parking boots on all vehicles parked. They leave a sticker and then the person comes and takes it off once you prove that you were shopping. It's ridiculous. I understand they have issues with tcu students illegally parking there but putilting car boots on all your customers cars is not the answer. I will not be shopping at this location. After contacting corporate, I was told they support this Kroger locations actions.

There were no cashiers to check out my basket full of groceries. There was a long line and I asked the manager if I could get someone to check me out. He said they didn't have anyone to do that right now. I used the self check-out with the conveyor belt since I had a lot, but it kept asking for assistance because there were too many items on the belt. I self sacked the groceries but ran out of room for the number of sacks I had. I couldn't put the sacks in the cart because there were still a lot of groceries in the cart. There were plenty of people casually walking around the store with huge carts, shopping for other people, why can we not have one cashier to help the number of people buying $200-$300 worth of groceries.

There are definitely pros and cons to Kroger, and this location in particular, but I'm here to share gratitude for the people.Five Stars for:-Dennis, the VERY patient produce manager-all the clerks who help us with self-checkoutOne Star for:-the Kroger app...it needs a UE / UI consultant (moi!)-the incorrect prices, labels, and signs (or lack thereof)-the self-checkout machines...they need to interface better with the app...Look, I get why grocery stores switched to self-checkout, but can we all admit that they're not efficient? We need to have more checkout lanes with human clerks. They know what they're doing and they're fast.Shoot, we can even have them race the self-checkout lanes. They'd win every time.

I have never been to a grocery store or the bakery was consistently so unhelpful I have tried on three different occasions months apart to buy three separate birthday cakes, and every time I have walked away out of that store without a birthday cake. The people that work there couldn’t care less if they sell anything or if you are unhappy with the customer service and don’t even ask for them to go to the back and check or find a manager. They just look are you, mouth open and say I don’t think I can …

Kroger Fresh Fare is a great and amazing store. The produce looked great, the baked goods looked and smelled phenomenal, the aisles were clean and clutter free. The workers here are outtasight!!. The cashier was happy and had a very welcoming smile. We Will definitely be back to do a little shopping for some of our essential needs.
