On Sunday I'm a female mind you- I was being verbally attacked inside the store, some man tried to push his cart into me all because I was looking at produce and he couldn't push buggy past me ...an excuse me would've solved the whole problem...but no man starts cussing me out, along with the B word and stfu when I said "I hope you have a better day".then he starts circling me within inches..I go up front to ask worker with long dark curly hair to call the cops just to be told " YOU NEED TO CALL THEM YOURSELF" WHAT??????!! Will NEVER go back. U couldn't care less about the safety of your customers. NEVER WILL I SPEND ONE MORE DOLLAR WITH YOUR STORE

Came to purchase a few items, went through the self check-out lane, very low traffic, I had 2 rolls of coins, total $20, Will was very kind and offered to check me out, yay!! Great customer service.
Savanah came by and shared with him that i had ro take the rolled coins to custormer service. I offered to put them in the machine ans she said ok but sometimes thier registers sometimes won't recognize the quarters. Bad customer service! I paid with my debit, Will placed all the loose coins in a Kroger bag. As I was leaving Savanah said I'm sorry....
That's why I don't shop at Kroger as much as I did before.

I just had an awful experience at this store. None of the check out lines were open, and the woman at the self check out was extremely rude when I asked for help. Then another clerk came over and refused to help me because she had not clocked in yet. When I left, I still said thank you to them, but was glared at. I have never been treated this badly, and I will not be back.

The customer service at this store is terrible except for the pharmacy. I would rate the pharmacy 5 star but the rest of the store is zero but I have to give a 1 star. Most of the employees are rude and the management is terrible. They DO NOT listen to customers concerns. I've been going there for 9 years and they have got progressively worse. The only reason I will go back to this dump is for the pharmacy.

This store is laid out very well. I found everything i was looking for with ease. With that being said, I chose a cashier over self check out (which i try to do every time), I needed a bar code scanned before scanning any items. The cashier had already scanned 3 items before I could stop her., and I'm pretty sure I ruined her night. If not tomorrow night too. Then after loading my truck, and heading to put my cart in the designated spot, there's a fella collecting carts. So i go past the closest rack heading towards him. I politely say "good timing, here you go sir". With not even a glance in my direction he points past me at the rack and kept on walking. He had collected the 2 carts from the rack and that was all he was intending to collect. Well alrighty then.

This store mgr should be fired. Hours say open till 12AM. Get there 11:53PM. They lock the door. Need 1 pack of emergency Diapers. Takes all of 3 minutes max. Poop Mob anyone?

Horrible customer service!! They never have registers open. You always have to do self checkout. Today I went to buy just a few things. And decided to go with a cashier named Traci she seem upset with the world. She was literally throwing all the groceries after she was done scanning. Even the produce 🙃! Definitely not coming back to this location. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I work late and I understand that they close at midnight but when I show up at 11:45 and the lady with the green hair is telling me I can’t come in the door. It is not midnight yet. Maybe I just needed something real quick that would’ve took me five minutes and still out before midnight but she won’t even let me in the door. Has happened 3 times now.

This store is the worst. I have lived in this neighbourhood since the early 90’s when this store was new. It was clean and well stocked. Now it has gotten so bad. The other day I was in there and the bank plays music so loud you can barely speak to the cashier when you need help. Today I stood in line for the deli for 10 minutes and the employee helped a customer that walked up 5 minutes after I did. I wasn’t in the mood for a fight so I just walked off. 9 times out of 10 there are NO baskets in the store! It’s time for me to move if I want convenience. But my big shopping is not done here! I’ll drive all the way to HEB or Sams!

They never have carts, have to go outside to retrieve one, I have gotten use to getting one from the cart corral before I enter the store. The employees collect only a few at a time. There are many homeless around there with some sleeping close to the front door. There has been a rundown camper and other vehicles parked there for about five days now???? The deli sometimes is over cooking or not paying attention to what they are doing filling the store with smoke. I would use the Basswood location but it is out of the way, it is more convenient to use this one on the way home from work.
