The Manger Mikey has no customer service at all. He is the reason why I will never use the Kroger again. I will waste gas to drive out of my way to avoid this store and Mikey.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve completed a pickup order here only to get home and discover some of the food they’ve given me is spoiled or past the expiration date. The meat and seafood counter today had huge flies crawling all over the fresh meat and I just couldn’t take it anymore. Not to mention the young man had an awful attitude. Something is off with the refrigerators here; it’s a gamble to trust the cold items.

This store has the most racist staff around especially at the customer service counter. my wife experienced it once and today i experienced the same kind of treatment. so now this is how kroger treats asian customers.

After 7 years of dealing with Kroger's deceptive pricing tactics, I've had enough! Today I went in and used the app to clip "digital" coupons. I also saw several items on "sale". As expected the register rung up wrong prices, even tho I clipped the coupons. Bread that was on sale rang up at regular price. This lady Margie has the nerve to tell me that the app is fine, its the users that are problem. So I made her get a manager. Mikey was polite and tried his best to blame the bread vendor for pricing errors. It's not. Kroger uses deceptive pricing and literally over charges you! Do Not Shop Here. They will over charge you!! Shame on you Kroger.

This review is for the cashier yesterday. First he left the register, while another person and I were waiting to be checked out. Then after he came back, he rang me up but didn't help me with bagging. He just stood there staring as I bagged around 30 items, and multiple people waited in line.

Apparently, the curbside pick up thinks this is an acceptable item to give somebody also I didn’t get all of my order and last time I didn’t get all of my order so I’m having to drive 25 minutes back One Direction once again to get the rest of my order

Closing 30 minutes before posted time should posted online somewhere as well as informing your staff that answers phones since I did call on my way to verify I could get in at my 8:32 ETA.
Closing early when you’re the last store open in the area for both Thanksgiving and Christmas is just, wrong. Yes they did this on BOTH. Holidays this year.
Also next time, the manager should be the one at the door preventing people from coming in instead of sending lower paid employees. Raul had no sense of human decency when I tried to give anyone my card to just buy formula. I didn’t need onions or anything, FORMULA.
The CVS does not carry my child’s formula so I spent my Christmas with a vomiting child.
As much as I would have loved to get there earlier, I had a job that does not allow early door closings and the only reason we were out is because someone dropped our whole container. Must be nice to not care for your customers that pay your salary.
Thank you Kroger and your lack of human decency. This review is specifically for the manager RAUL OR SOMETHING and not the staff. Staff didn’t even know the managers last name.

They normally honor their sales and deals, but for my most recent visit they decided not to. The lady originally said my items weren’t eligible for the deal, and when I showed her they were she still refused to fix the problem.

The manager Roger is rude and very short. Had a issue with one of the special needs sackers having a panic attack.Not the issue at all the other checkers was laughing at him instead of getting someone to help.I informed a teller at self check out and she took care of it ASAP. The tellers today 12/14/2024 were all young high school kids. Then I go to get in car and there was panhandlers in parking lot. Called back to tell what was going on and Roger answered and said he had a long line of customers and they would handle. He was very rude about it and I told him I wasn't trying to be a KAREN just was concerned about the panhandler. He was following people and as put groceries in car was getting way to close.

Isles were clean and enought room to pass other shoppers clerks were very helpful in showing me how to get the Kroger app .

Been here more than 10 times now, I would say it’s a solid Kroger. Generally well stocked, and somewhat kind employees. The pick up experience isn’t the best if you are running late, and the lost and found is a little complicated, but other than that it’s a solid store. Good deals at times as well. Parking can be a little packed, but not too bad if you go later in the night.

Watch your totals as you check out. Multiple items are ringing up now expensive and when brought to their attention they refused to correct it on any items.
