The rating would be zero if possible . Placed a grocery order for delivery on a Saturday morning at around 7:30 am. Due to be delivered around 1:00 after sending notice they were on the way . Never arrived due to complications with instacart. Called Kroger and instacart to get results . Not only would they not send the groceries , they won't issue a refund for ten days , yes really. asked them if I could order groceries and pay in ten days , seems fair right? Kroger has totally dropped the ball on customer service and don't really care if you are upset? Unfortunately they will someday , but by then it will be too late . Competition is coming , and to be honest , it won't be to hard to compete, because there is no competition . They used to be good , but somewhere they lost there way ....

I can’t dis this place as it is obviously huge and has a tremendous amount to offer. However I do find the layouts and product groupings confusing. If I want things like hot sauce, Cholula not with condiments as it’s in the Latin section and Tobasco (which is a huge staple in many kitchens) is only sold in the smallest bottle the company makes. It is with the Condiments though. Canned beans and corn have Kroger brand and maybe two others. Chips are the same way yet if you are roaming around (not in the chips aisle) you can find random end caps and freestanding displays with alternate brands. So, good luck finding those Kettle Cooked potato chips without the Kroger app. It’s that bizarre.

During the wind storm three shopping carts came hurling towards my car in the parking lot as I'm traveling in front of the store leaving from shopping. I had to slam on the breaks to try to avoid the 3 carts (was on store camera) and the stop was so abrupt my daughter has a concussion because her head hit the front windshield and shattered it. I have tried for over a week and half to get resolution and my windshield fixed. I've spoken with store manager and the regional with no response, told I'll get a call back and don't. $250 to fix a window because of your carts that your staff left in the parking lot, you are responsible for your property. I will be filling a complaint with Corp as well as and filing a suit against this store and the BBB. I'm beyond disappointed in Kroger, I have shopped with yal for years and seriously disappointed in your lack of compassion and/or swift response.

I don’t know how this store has almost 5 stars, I always have issues when I place orders from this location, to top it off the shopper argues with you thru text messages about the order you place, you call customer services for help and you get nothing, they put you on hold and who ever picks up can’t help you with that because is not their department so you are in the limbo and afraid that the person who’s shopping for your order may do something to your groceries so they finally go on their own and cancel the order and there goes a waste of time. If you can’t have a responsable and well train department just don’t offer the services.

I feel I got scammed... DOES THIS LOOK LIKE $172 OF GROCERIES!!! I compared prices with walmart, and I could have saved over 50 bucks for the same stuff.

Great store. One of the newest Kroger in our area. Friendly staff. Plenty of both types of Check-out, self and cashier assisted. Good selection of products, plenty of parking.

I really don't like this store but it is the closest to the house so i keep going. My main gripe is that Every Single Time I go, the sale items are Out of Stock! It doesn't seem to matter if it's the first day either. They won't give you a raincheck either because they all conveniently say 'while supplies last'. Just.. No. I'm going to get my Thanksgiving stuff elsewhere.

Horrible experience! I went with my daughter and she saw this Halloween hand , no price, last one, and the woman at the self checkout invented a price from her belly. I asked if I can match with a bag and she was worried about inventory when it did not even have a tag or a name. These employees are brainwashed and totally unhelpful. Shame on what this store became. Dirty, missing price, unhelpful and excremental.I will drive to another as they don't deserve my money, in a minute or so all those employees will be gone and the machines will take over, let's see them then with their inventory.horrible!!!!

I love the store itself because it’s right across the street from our home, but the amount of solicitors they have outside the store is getting out of hand.I’ve generously donated to one charity already. Don’t want to be harassed every time I go in just for a few things.I’ve been going here for two years and it never used to be this way. Please get rid of the solicitors so I can start fully enjoying my experience again at this location.

Well I can't really agree with the 4.3 stars today. I went in to purchase six items and they were sold out of five of the items. In addition they only had the self checkout lanes open and there were six of them and I was about number 15 in line. The checkout process took forever. Maybe they can improve next time

Not even a 1 star! My wallet was stolen while shopping. I went to the store and spoke to HECTOR the manager, who couldn't care less. I asked him to check the trash and the cameras. He said their cameras would not show someone taking something from my purse. But, it will show if someone steals from Kroger. The person that did it was a KROGER EMPLOYEE shopping for online. He was terribly rude and inconvenienced and offered no help. I will reach out to corporate now. Just watch your personal items. This store could care less about their customers.

It's convenient but I prefer the Kroger in NRH, off of N Tarrant and Davis Blvd, it's stocked better, overall selection is better and the produce staff is very accommodating at that location.Unfortunately this location is the exact opposite.The older gen working in the deli are very pleasant and overall a delight to order from but the younger gen, they they are rude, dismissive and act like you are bugging them. Most of the cashiers ( which is 2 if you're lucky) are pleasant and helpful. There is usually 2 lanes open for full checkout during peak times. The baggers are hit or miss, often times I bag my own to make it go faster. If you do happen to get in 1 of the lines that does have a bagger, I hope you're not picky about how your groceries are packed because in my opinion Kroger gives no training on how to pack a grocery bag, it's a hot mess! Kroger really needs to spend some $ on training their baggers and stocking the items they advertise for sale.
