By far the most nasty store! This particular location has the most rudest employee TAWANA! Not only she's rude she discriminate based on your looks and she is racist towards some customers! She seems to not care how she treats customers because she don't get disciplined by her manager's maybe she has it cool" with them ! Corporate office should pay a visit to this location and reevaluate their employees! Disgusting customer service! Kroger do better!

They need to sanitize their cart my kids were feeling well and everything all day I took them to Kroger put them in the cart and brought them back him they were threwing up summer time them carts smelt like garbage

Very mean rude and racist acting people. I purchased 2 Gift Cards for $400 and was told by customer service to return to the store for my refund. They were very mean and rude I had to call the police on them to get contact with management who then called district management and informed them of the situation. I have still yet to receive a refund and I am still working with customer service to get my money back. The gift Cards were damaged and unreasonable. You couldn't tell they were damaged until you remove the number cover. Very disgusting experience with these people. Unreadable gift card redemption numbers

Sorry to see this place going downhill like it is. Especially among the non-caring employees. We attempted to get assistance from one employee who simply stared at me until I had to ask the question again. He was a "personal shopper" with the huge cart (that was blocking the aisle) and I guess he couldn't be bothered. Another employee with a cart darted in front of my wife who was pushing the basket, causing her to have to come to a complete stop to avoid hitting him. And the soft drink aisle was completely clogged with boxes, workers and vendors making it impossible to get to the product we were looking for.The selection is OK, but management really needs to remind their workers that 1) the customer is who pays their salary; 2) they should ALWAYS yield right of way to the customer; 3) they should ALWAYS be ready, willing and able to lend assistance when a customer asks for help. We didn't see evidence of any of these training areas yesterday.Again - sorry to see the decline here.

The customer service department needs to do better. When you are helping a customer you should not ask them to slide over so they can help the next person while you fill out your rent form. I end up waiting twice for my transaction. DO BETTER!!!!

Stopped by the pharmacy to pick up a prescription. Intended to shop for other items, but no shopping carts. Also, no clear markings for a restroom, so I gave up on the whole shopping idea.

Every time I shop here, there are rotten vegetables and moldy fruits. I was there on 9/20/23, and there were split and rotting avocados, moldy berries, brown and wilted salad, moldy oranges. It was disgusting. When I went to the meat section, lots of the beef was browning. I will no longer shop here for fresh foods.

Don't go to this location business center_bank. They will try and steal your personal information in the guise of a money order cashing a check ect. Tact on the fact they try and force you to bank with their bank.

Today we went to Kroger s and there were no baskets available.So as we're walking around looking for one.We saw more around with trash inside .Then we saw an employee my asked him..His reply was with a rude response.He said no there was no more.He could took the time and take the trash out and offer it to customers.The cashier were friendly and helpful.Fast and accurate.Where I work at the Dollar general we always put our customers first.If we ever came across this situation we would always make sure that our customers had a cart.We would go out of our way.

Parking lot is a disaster and there are frequent homeless/druggies floating around, fine, but the front of the store smells like rotten trash, always has. From the front door to the small produce section it just smells rotten.Aisles are very skinny and meat is often priced above average, although their meat sales can't be beat which is why I stop by from time to time. Cashiers are always friendly. I know I've left a review about the smell before, but it seems to be gone now, so removed a star to compensate.
