Time for some new store managers. Use to shop here at least once a week. Now try to avoid at all costs. They never have enough checkers. If they do have self-check out open its only one side is open. Guaranteed to have lines down the isle to check out. Now the employees are asking the customers to help them bag the groceries. If your looking to run in and just grab a few items this is not the place!
Positive note: They always seem to be in stock and can not remember the last time I found something that was expired.

If you're trying to spend a big chunk of money, get your urgent tasks done AND maybe pick up some Kroger fuel points - DO NOT see ANGIE at the Customer "Service" desk.
I was trying to purchase a large quantity of gift cards because a staff Appreciation Week is coming up. She refused to sell me them and accused me of running a fraud scheme because I was on the phone just before walking up to the counter.
Seriously.
I was TRYING to shop more local. Now, I will avoid Kroger. Good thing Sprouts folks are always nice.
Amazon and Walmart were happy to sell me the needed gift cards.

Today 01-11-2025 Krogers decides to Price gouge during the week of a minor snow fall and take advantage of people during these hard time with inflation and have no sales! They should be sued! Krogers should be ashamed of themselves! Scum

The absolute worst experience today! Waited 30 plus minutes to get my instacart pick up orders for stuff to be missing and Kayla the manager tell me it’s my problem I shopped instacart and not Kroger and to call them cus she won’t do anything! No cares, everyone had an attitude mad because they are busy and understaffed

Used to be a good store until they hired a bunch of teenagers with attitudes. Most of the staff is perfectly pleasant, but I could do without the attitude of some of these kids.

Shop here all the time. Only real complaint is the milk coolers really need a deep clean. Some nasty mold issues. Produce isn’t always in the best shape either.

Never enough registers. All self checkout. Even in self checkout they make you show your items so what's the point? Avoid this place, go to Sprouts or Walmart!

I purchased a Rug Doctor Rental and cleaned out the buckets and I was still charged a $40 cleaning fee because their was some hair stuck on the filter inside the unreachable container's hole. My fat hand cant' get inside that hole to manually pick the hair off the filter. All I can do is put soapy water in the container and shake it around. Apparently this was not enough work on my part and the customer service rep charged me near $100 for a half day rental of Rug Doctor not including the cleaning solution. I will not be renting a Rug Doctor from this location ever again and I recommend you don't either.

The supervisor and the teller at the western union center money order desk were absolutely rude and unprofessional. Made a big scene of front of other customers to raise their voice belittling and when I was simply asking how I can get my money order cashed and when I had questions there was no reply but a smirk as if I were a fool to ask the question. Her fellow co worker acted in the same manor and as I walk off like a gentleman I hear them laughing.
Absolutely do not expect good or even decent service. Time of incident 11/4 4:38pm
