I visited your location at 3510 Altamesa Blvd, Fort Worth, TX 76133 and purchased a buy-one-get-one-free deal on General Mills Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Unfortunately, both boxes were stale and not fresh. I can only assume this is why they were included in the promotion.
In addition, the store had a strong unpleasant odor and appeared dirty, which was very off-putting. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable purchasing any other items from this location.

Really glad they were open today. Needed some last minute stuff for tamales and I was able to find everything I needed. Also very nice and good customer service at the produce department 🏬 🌿🌿. Thanks 🙏 have a good day. 😁

It said closed at 11 but I got there at 10:55 and a couple of people besides me were at the door. She said they closed at 10:55. This was on 12/08/25. At 10:55pm. The kicker is it said verified a week ago or I wouldn't have walked a mile to get there in 40 degree weather so I could get my kid some ice cream. Either they need to be told the proper hours of operation or someone is giving the wrong time. I don't pretend to know for certain which but 10:55 is an odd time to close. I guess Kroger could be letting the employees decide there hours. Again, that doesn't sound right either. Well I spend,spent several thousand there over the course of many years past but I see no reason to continue. Of course if there was a mitigating circumstance I would understand. When will these places realize we pay their wages,their bills and all. Only when enough stop and hold them accountable when unreasonable things happen. I would have walked in grabbed a quart of ice cream and self checked out. Maybe 2 minutes at most. I don't care for Walmart but I'd rather pay 5 bucks a pint at a corner store than continue to funnel money to a company whose people just don't care about the customer or the company's policy's. Everyone have a good night and Merry Christmas. As for me I've got half a mile to get home and give the bad news. Lol. Just kidding I'll hit the corner store for that high dollar stuff!

Nice staff so it pains me to say this, but this place is absolutely filthy. I live nearby so am speaking from multiple visits: I’ve seen long-dead cockroaches not cleaned from the entrance sidewalk; 10+ flies in the produce section; product scanners covered in muck; meat that was leaking from its packages. Floors are never clean.
I’ve literally never seen a major chain grocery store this dirty. I like Kroger in general (reasonable prices, solid selection) but I’d avoid this store unless absolutely necessary, until management gets some new procedures in place.

Store is dirty and the produce is usually just on the edge of going bad. Self-checkout machines never work correctly, and you have to wait on staff to come check your bag every time. Make the drive to the one on University.

Last month it was an inconvenient trip to pick up groceries this month I get home and my MEAT items aren’t in the order I’m over it don’t order online with them period you have been warned no once checks to ensure the orders are prepped timely or packaged properly I’m livid‼️‼️‼️‼️😡😡😡😡

I thought that this would just be a typical day going into the store to get what I need then come out. But this is a day I will never forget. Me and my wife went in to buy some salad dressing and before we checked out I thought we could go to the pharmacy to buy some diabetic syringes for my insulin. We went over to the pharmacy to ask a lady if they sold diabetic syringes. She then proceeded to ask what size did I need. I was unsure of the size and then she asked did we get the insulin prescription filled from them. We both stated no and she said she could not sell me the diabetic syringes. I then asked her is it a law that diabetic syringes can't be sold to regular people? It was then that Keith yelled from behind the counter, proceeded to walk up to my face and say well what are you going to use it for heroin? I was taken back by what he said and could not believe what just came out his mouth. Then on top of that my wife tried to further explain that I was diagnosed with diabetes and just got out of the hospital last week and needed syringes to take my insulin. Keith then proceeds to make another comment well what else would he be using the syringes for to my wife. I have never been so humiliated in my life in front of my wife and other customers. This situation has caused my blood pressure to go up and caused my body to tremor and shake. In my over 40 years on this earth me nor my wife have experienced racism quite like this. Something needs to be done in this situation because this is a horrible act of racism, horrible customer service and prejudice. I felt so judged by his comment of what am I going to use it for heroin? I still cannot believe this happened but I have filed a complaint and taken further actions on this. Keith needs to know that this was wrong on every hand.

Karania was great. She helped me with my Instacart pickup order. Payed attention to detail and was careful with the groceries. Also she was fast. I appreciate her. She needs a raise. I didn’t see any other person in department to help her as well. forgive me if I spelled her name wrong but she is great. Please let her know!!!!
