I normally get my oil-changed here and wasn’t sure the extent of other services they did so when I had a noise going on that got progressively worse, I had taken it to another place. They couldn’t find anything wrong even though they heard the noise. After not feeling great about that answer, I decided to get a second opinion at Kwik Kat since that’s where I get my oil-changed and it’s close to my house. Not only did they get it diagnosed after a short time, after I approved the work, they had the part there by end of business that day and had it fixed early the following day! They have a 12/12 warranty on the part and even took the time to show us the old part and explain how they heard the noise and how they found what it was.
Being a female, you don’t always feel great walking into mechanic shops not knowing if they will try to upsell or fix only what isn’t needed. These guys are always honest, to the point and only do what you ask them to do!
I HIGHLY recommend them for any service issue. Trustworthy and quick!

I have used this shop for over 25 years for vehicle fluid servicing and auto repairs and can honestly say this is a well-run business with great customer service. They operate with integrity and skill in addressing automotive issues and completely stand behind their work. My family has been well served by this business over the years and has gained our trust as loyal repeat customers. The certified mechanics are quite knowledgeable and the entire team are there to serve the customer.

This was my first time at this Kwik Kar. They were awesome! They are reasonably priced, did a thorough job with an oil change, alignment & tire rotation and found another issue that I didn't know about and referred me to the right people to get it fixed and wrote down all their information for me. They let me know what they were doing throughout the process. Their bathroom is probably the cleanest & nicest of any auto shop anywhere. And they were all very friendly. I highly recommend this place.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Probably the best experience I’ve had with a shop in a very long time! Ray assisted me throughout my time spent here making the process extremely smooth and seamless. Very professional and friendly staff. I would recommend them to anyone!

Had a terrible experience today at this oil change facility. I am in the same Parking lot, left my phone # with the arrogant attendant, what an attitude of the entire team.
No intention of going back ever. Would not advise anyone to go there, several oil change shops nearby.

We’ve used them before and probably half the time they’ve done a good job. Allowing me and my kids to stay in the car when the kids are asleep and I need an oil change … Stuff like that . This time however told me over the phone that they had time to do a fuel filter and when I showed up with my car, they said that not only did they not have time after all, but that my car didn’t even have a fuel filter well a quick Google check says that they are wrong. I’m not sure who the manager is right now, but sounds seems like the latest turnover in staff was not an improvement

I have had my oil changes done at this Boat Club Rd. location for many years,never had a problem.Staff is always courteous,Chuck,Ray and Mike been around forever seems like.I had some major front end work done on my pickup this week,price was reasonable and they took me home,picked me up when it was finished.I trust this establishment completely,and Michael will stand behind any work they perform.
