Went there 8:30 Saturday morning for an oil change and a trip check as I am starting a new job soon where ill be putting significantly more miles on my car going back and forth. Tech assured me they check every car that comes in regardless if someone asks… cool!
Was quick, maybe 20min. While checking out tech said there was nothing they found off with the car repair wise, just rodent activity. Asked what I could do for it and the tech had no insight on how to get rid of it. So immediately googled and bought stuff for that before going home.
Popped the hood to take care of that issue, and noticed my coolant is more than a centimeter below the minimum. So after the speal on how they take care of and check each car for issues regardless, and me specifically requesting they check; They did not check. Then I had to go back out and buy dilluted coolant to top it up.
And on top of it now I have to go elsewhere to check out the car to make sure it has no pre-existing issues before I start putting 300mi a week on it for work.
Thanks guys. Inconvenienced me three times before noon.

Having a dually it is not always easy to find a place to do an oil change when you on the road. Joshua and his crew got us in no problem. The pit type service bay made working on it no problem. Also a shout to the o’rielly auto parts next door for referring them.

We had an impromptu trip to Arkansas we wanted to take, pulled in to get our Buick serviced (oil change) etc.. the guys hooked us right up in no time flat!

I was just there around 12 this afternoon and the white bald dude stole money out of my vizor. I asked to see the cameras "they're broken" I was basically told these guys can steal and they can't do anything about it. You're cars are not safe in they're garage!

Came here at 4:27p for an oil change and their front door was locked. Peeked into the front door and the front desk employee just shook his head. The hours on their door and on google show they close at 5p. I went down the street to Take 5 and gave them my business. I’ve been coming here for years and this experience left me with a negative view of this establishment.

This is the second time I come to this place. Customer service is Amazing, very nice, polite made me feel very comfortable. This place is clean. I definitely will continue coming here. Joshua is amazing super nice and helped me understand everything.
