They have vested interests with the KRM MOTORS next door and won’t fix your car… The guy was quick tempered, snippy snappy with me and not very accommodating. I walked out very frustrated! They said they didn’t have time to address my issues (brakes & engine) but no one was even at the shop, they weren’t busy! I don’t recommend them.

Absolutely terrible experience. They were not transparent about the prices of service and charged an astronomical rate for small services like filter changes. Will not ever be coming back, these people just take advantage of folks for a quick dollar.

They were life savers, they fixed my Tahoe and sent me on my way happy and with a perfectly running truck. Can’t say enough good things about both. I will be using them exclusively from here on out

I went in for an oil change and called prior to ask if they accepted Groupon. The manager was not there so I drove over there and asked one of the workers who was on the phone with the manager. I asked the manager again if he accepted Groupon, he said yes. They started my oil change and at the end of my oil change told me they did not accept Groupon, even though I reminded him that the only reason I got the oil change there was because he told me they accepted Groupon, but that I understood I would have to pay for an extra quart Of oil. The manager told me no I did not tell you that we do not accept a Groupon. You were gonna have to pay the $70 for the oil Change. I told him why would I pay $70 when the Groupon is $52. He told me he was going to give me $25 off. I then asked him why am I going to pay over $100 for an oil change when I bought the Groupon and now you’re gonna make me pay $70. I paid the $70 and left. They were extremely rude. They treated me like I was stupid. Spoke to me like I was stupid. And then he told me he had no idea what I was talking about that he does not accept Groupon and he told me that and I said no you did not and I will never come back here Again. If you go here, you need to get anything and everything printed out because these people will lie to you.

Be sure to get a printed estimate before agreeing to any work. I was surprised at the end when I was charged significantly more than expected, including fees for things I was originally told would be included. When I brought up the concerns, the owner acted
unprofessionally and only offered a 2% discount, which didn’t come close to resolving the issue. To make matters worse, they tacked on extra fees just for using my card. Overall, the lack of transparency and professionalism left me very disappointed. I would not recommend this place unless you get everything in writing beforehand.

I am and have been so impressed as a woman with this place, but today was extra. I ask them about a potential problem and they went out of their way to see about my issue, and made sure I understood exactly what I needed to do . Thanks for the small discount they added. Every little bit is appreciated in this day and time. Will be bringing 2 of my friends to a place I really trust.

These guys know the meaning of “customer service “ and its importance. Not only do they remember me from previous visits, but when I misplaced my wallet, they waited for payment while I scrabbled home to get it.
